Jeff Tweedy U.S. tour 2024 is to be held from October 11, 2024, to October 31, 2024, in venues across the mainland states of New York, California, Nebraska, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Illinois, respectively. A couple of standalone shows will precede the tour. Elizabeth Moen will support Jeff on the tour.
Presale for the tour starts on July 31, 2024, at 10:00 am ET and can be accessed with the code REGISTER2VOTE. General tickets will follow on August 2, 2024, at 10:00 am ET. Presales and tickets can be accessed via the singer's official website or individual venue websites.

As mentioned previously, the singer will perform two shows ahead of the tour, the first being a performance at the Evanston Folk Festival in Evanston, Illinois on September 8, 2024, and the second is a performance at the Navy Pier in Chicago, Illinois.
Jeff Tweedy is currently working on a new solo album alongside his sons, Sam Tweedy and Spencer Tweedy, as well as Sima Cunningham and Macie Stewart. The album will come out in 2025.
Wilco, Jeff Tweedy's band, recently released their latest EP, Hot Sun Cool Shroud, on June 28, 2024. Jeff Tweedy spoke about the band's new EP in a statement to Pitchfork on May 29, 2024, stating,
"It’s fun to have something new to release at Solid Sound. This year we’re putting out an EP with a summertime-after-dark kind of feeling. It starts off pretty hot, like heat during the day, has some instrumentals on it that are a little agitated and uncomfortable and ends with a cooling breeze."
The singer continued,
"There are tracks on Hot Sun Cool Shroud that are more aggressive and angular than anything we’ve put out in a while, and a song about love melting you like ice cream into a puddle of sugary soup. All the pieces of summer, including the broody cicadas."
Wilco previously released a full-length album Cousin on September 29, 2023. The album was their first album since 2022's Cruel Country and thirteenth overall. Jeff Tweedy, meanwhile, released his last solo studio album, Love Is the King, on October 23, 2020. The album received critical acclaim after its release.
