On January 9, 2025, Brand Vision featured Selena Gomez's Rare Beauty and Rihanna's Fenty Beauty as the top 2 beauty brands of 2024 in its list of top 10 celebrity beauty brands.

Rihanna's Fenty Beauty ranked first on the list with a valuation of $2.8 billion and a revenue of $602.4 million for 2024, while Selena's Rare Beauty ranked second with a valuation of $1.2 billion and a revenue of $300 million for 2024.

Netizens took to X to comment on the singers' beauty brand ranking in the topmost positions. Comparing Selena and Rihanna's brands to that of Kylie Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics and Jeffree Star's cosmetic brand which ranked 3rd and 7th respectively, an X user tweeted:
