On October 20, 2024, a male personal trainer sued Sean “Diddy” Combs for alleged s*xual assault and drugging at a BET Awards afterparty, which reportedly happened at the hip-hop mogul’s Los Angeles home in June 2022.

According to the court document first obtained by Page Six, Diddy “essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their s*xual enjoyment” during the alleged incident. So far, the alleged victim's identity remains undisclosed as he went by John Doe in the lawsuit filing.

He claimed he met Diddy through a fashion designer client and was later invited to an “exclusive afterparty” at his Holmby Hills mansion, where he was reportedly asked to sign an NDA. Subsequently, he was allegedly given a tequila soda with a cranberry juice mixer, which reportedly incapacitated him.

Later, as he was in and out of consciousness. Sean Combs allegedly undressed him and performed “non-consensual oral s*x” on him and forced the plaintiff to perform the same on another A-lister. The lawsuit, filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, also mentioned how, throughout the night, the alleged victim was coerced into numerous “s*xual acts” with both men and women at the alleged awards show afterparty.

On Sunday, an unnamed man, referred to as John Doe, filed a civil lawsuit in New York City against Sean Combs. The plaintiff alleged that the 54-year-old rapper “drugged and repeatedly s*xually assaulted” him at an afterparty of the 2022 BET Awards.

The alleged victim, who has been identified as a personal trainer, said that he reached Combs’ LA mansion, signed a non-disclosure agreement, and drank a tequila shot, following which he was reportedly exploited.

“Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided [the] plaintiff from a large room illuminated with red lights into a smaller room. There plaintiff observed approximately a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-s*x activities,” the suit claimed.

It further mentioned how, at this point, the plaintiff seemingly began to “feel disoriented, dizzy and weak,” and realizing his condition, Combs allegedly “approached” him, “removed his pants,” and performed “oral s*x” on him.

Later, the Bad Boy Records founder reportedly instructed the man to “perform oral s*x on another celebrity in the room.” Identified as Celebrity A, the person allegedly “spit in his mouth” after that.

“While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into s*xual acts with both men and woman. [The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body,” the court documents claimed.

It further alleged how these celebrities, including the defendant, passed around John Doe like a “party favor” for their s*xual gratification. The civil suit also reportedly had an image of a container attached as evidence that contained the depressant drug GHB (gamma hydroxybutyrate), which the plaintiff accused Diddy used to spike his drink.

“Due to the haze of the drug he had been clandestinely served, Plaintiff could not resist Combs’ coercion and ordering. He felt trapped inside of his own body — unable to control it or understand what was happening around him,” court papers added.

It further claimed that John Doe woke up outside of his apartment with his shirt and phone missing following the alleged incident.

In the wake of another lawsuit piling on top of Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles, one of his spokespersons told US Weekly how Tony Buzbee, the attorney behind the filing, was “interested in media attention” instead of “truth,” as was seemingly evident from his “constant press appearances and 1-800 number.”

The statement further read:

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never s*xually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Tony Buzbee is representing 120 people, both men and women, and has been filing back-to-back s*xual assault lawsuits against Diddy over the last month. On Sunday itself, he filed seven fresh lawsuits, including the above-mentioned one, which Combs’ representative referred to as a “clear attempt to garner publicity.”

Earlier this week, Buzbee also filed a suit on behalf of a woman who accused Diddy of r*pe when she was allegedly 13 years old at an afterparty of the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

Sean Combs was arrested on September 16 following a grand jury indictment. He was charged with s*x trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He remains at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial, which is set to begin in May 2025. So far, Diddy has been denied bail multiple times despite pleading not guilty. If convicted, he is looking to face up to 15 years to life in federal prison.
