Lil Wayne announces one of a kind ‘Shared Residency’ dates: How to get get tickets & all you need to know

Lil Wayne has announced a brand new residency, which will be held across multiple venues in a unique twist to the residency show format. Titled Shared Residency, it will be held on June 29, 2024, at Drai's Beachclub and at the Zouk Nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 12, 2024.

Both venues' websites announced Lil Wayne's residency on June 14, 2024, and later shared by their social media handles. Tickets for the residency are available on the two venues' websites.

Tickets at Drai's Beachclub are priced based on categories, with general admission for women costing $40 and admission for men costing $60. Different areas of the club will have minimum spending requirements that range from $1500 to $7000 plus taxes.

The tickets at Zouk Nightclub start at $100 for VIP tickets, $50 for general male tickets, and $30 for general female tickets. Open Bar admission packages start at $150, while table reservations require a minimum spend of $1500 to $10,000. All tickets and reservations for both venues may also be subject to additional fees and taxes.

The President of Drai's Management Group, Dustin Drai, spoke about the upcoming Las Vegas residency and expressed excitement about the show. He said that they were looking forward to continuing their "longstanding relationship with Lil Wayne" and having him return as their "resident artist."

"We could not align with a more dynamic artist to welcome this debut residency partnership."

The VP of Zouk, Joe Lopez, echoed the sentiment and added that they were looking forward to welcoming Lil Wayne to their club. He added that the rapper's "dynamic performances and legendary status" made him the "perfect artist" to launch the residency.

"We look forward to providing an unparalleled nightlife experience for all to enjoy this monumental artist," Joe added.

Aside from the residency, Lil Wayne also has a few other concerts and festival performances scheduled in the upcoming months. It will start with an appearance at the North Dakota State Fair held in Minot, North Dakota's State Fair Center Grandstand, on July 20, 2024.

The singer is scheduled to perform at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield, Illinois, on August 14, 2024. He will perform with The Kid LAROI and Jessie Murph at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater in Austin, Texas, on September 7, 2024.

Finally, the singer will perform in California on two dates in late September. He will perform at the Adventist Health Arena in Stockton, California, on September 20, 2024. The day after that, on September 21, 2024, he will perform at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California. Both concerts will feature guest performances by Selfish Sons and Jeremih, with the latter also featuring a performance by Lil Kim.

In addition to tour and event performances, Lil Wayne is also scheduled to release two new albums sometime this year. The albums, Tha Carter VI and I Am Not a Human Being III, will be the latest installments in the respective album series once released.

The rapper's last album was released on March 31, 2023. It was his first greatest hits collection, titled I Am Music, and was released through Young Money and Republic Records.
