Ice Spice recently liked Cardi B's Instagram post amid rumors of an alleged feud between the two female rappers. In the latest post, Cardi B was seen celebrating her son Wave's birthday on September 4, 2024.

Rumors of a beef between the two emerged after the Barbie World rapper released her debut album Y2K! in July 2024. Fans speculated that Ice Spice seemingly threw shade toward Cardi B through one of the songs of that album, BB Belt.

The internet was quick to notice that Ice Spice liked Cardi B's Instagram post and shared their mixed reactions on X. A netizen suggested that the Bronx artist was trying to make her way back to Cardi B and tweeted:

Some netizens dismissed the idea of Cardi B and the Deli rapper sorting out their issues.

Additionally, some internet users suggested that Ice Spice was trying to get on amicable terms with Cardi B, owing to the former's feud with Nicki Minaj. In July 2024, the Princess Diana rapper told Rolling Stone that she had a "mixed" relationship with Nicki. In September 2024, Nicki Minaj unfollowed Ice Spice.

Internet users and fans of Cardi B and Ice Spice speculated that the latter's track BB Belt hinted at dissing Cardi B and took to social media platforms to support their opinion as well. The lyrics suggesting that the rapper was throwing shade on Cardi B stated:

"This one b**ch is built like an ant, ew (Ew)/Crashouts, and they goin' on rants/Cash cow, I be gettin' them bands (Damn)/B**ches switchin' but they wasn't trans (Grrah)."

While the Gimme A Light rapper didn't comment on the speculations, Cardi B took to X on July 25, 2024, allegedly hinting at Ice Spice by writing that 'these b*****s have absolutely lost their mind". She added that she'd target the unnamed female rappers in her upcoming album, especially those took a shade at her in their songs.
