Justin Timberlake was arrested and taken into custody in the Hamptons on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, on DWI charges at the Sag Harbor Police Department. He was arrested after reportedly failing field sobriety tests.
The singer pleaded "not guilty" to the charge and was released without bail 10 hours after his arrest, with his court date currently set for July 26, 2024.
2) Michael Jackson
Back in November 2003, Michael Jackson was arrested on suspicion of child m*lestation and held for 63 minutes at the Santa Barbara County Jail. The King of Pop was later released on $3,000,000 bail.
During an interview with CBS, Jackson recounted being "manhandled" as well as sustaining arm and shoulder injuries by deputies during his arrest proceedings. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff, Jim Anderson, responded, stating that the booking process had been "personally supervised by the jail command staff."
"The entire booking process was personally supervised by the jail command staff. At no time during this process did Mr. Jackson complain of any injury incurred during the course of the arrest or mistreatment by the jail staff," Amderson said.

Justin Bieber was arrested ten years ago, on January 23, 2024, after the police pulled the pop star over on a residential street in Miami. Bieber was taken into custody and booked in a Miami jail, over suspicions of drunk driving, drag racing, driving without a valid license, and resisting arrest.
In his mugshot, the singer was seen grinning while wearing an orange jumpsuit. He was later released after appearing before a Miami judge via a video link, who set a $2,500 bond release.

Tyler the Creator was arrested in 2014 for allegedly inciting a riot and provoking the crowd during a daytime gig at a Texas SXSW Festival. Although the rapper wasn't stopped at the scene, Tyler was arrested after he arrived at the Austin-Bergstrom airport on March 15, 2014.

These domestic abuse charges were later dropped, two months after XXXTENTACION was shot and killed on June 18, 2018.
