10-year-old rapper Lil RT's brother, 14-year-old PCF Kari was reportedly shot in Atlanta on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. It has further been reported that a double shooting took place, which not only injured PCF Kari, but also killed 18-year-old Raquavious Ferguson, near the Atlanta University Centre.
Law enforcement officials reported that they responded to the scene at Sells Avenue SW and Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard SW at about 4.18 pm local time. Police reportedly added that Ferguson was in a critical state when they discovered him after the shooting.
As per FOX 5 Atlanta, they confirmed taking one individual into custody on Tuesday. Atlanta Police then stated that they obtained surveillance footage that captured both Ferguson and Kari being armed. Meanwhile, rumors about Kari's death have been circulating across the internet. X user, @mymixtapez, tweeted:
"10 year old rapper Lil RT’s 14 year old friend was shot and killed in Atlanta. 🕊️ Prayers for Lil RT and his friends and family. 🙏"

As per reports by Sandra Rose, PCF Kari's mother has denied the rumors and clarified that her son is alive. FOX 5 Atlanta also confirmed that it was Ferguson who passed away and the 14-year-old boy had received injuries in the double shooting.

The 14-year-old boy who got shot in Atlanta is the older brother of rapper Lil RT, as mentioned before. For the unversed, RT, born in June 2014, is a native of Atlanta. He gained massive fame after his track 60 Miles became popular on YouTube.
In October 2023, Lil RT made headlines after allegedly appearing in a viral video where he was seen smoking weed. Several netizens were outraged and even allegedly reported the controversial clips to the police and child protective services.
The aspiring rapper reportedly gained attention online for the vulgarity in his music. In February this year, he was allegedly seen in a video dancing with adult strippers in Miami. Once again, netizens reportedly bashed the content of the video and even blamed the parents of the rapper.
Many netizens believed that involvement of the child protective services was required in RT's case. As per a report by Yellow Sunpress, Candace Owens reacted to the controversial video. She reportedly described the incident as "sinister, evil people trying to invade our souls with filth."
Meanwhile, West Atlanta rapper Lil Tony had defended the young rapper. On a podcast, as reported by the outlet, Tony said:
"He’s been like this. I can’t even call it his fault. This is exactly where he comes from."
Lil RT has a strong social media presence as well. On Instagram, the aspiring rapper has more than 420k followers. As for the recent shooting that injured RT's brother, no further information has been revealed as of now.
As per FOX 5 Atlanta, while cops have arrested an individual, it is unclear if any charges connecting to the shooting have been filed yet.
