Rapper 50 Cent surprised fans on a recent episode of Million Dollaz Worth of Game by revealing that he's spent nearly $24 million on legal fees over the years. Sharing how he does it for “recreational purposes,” 50 Cent revealed to Gillie Da Kid and Wallo:
“I’ll do it for recreational purposes. When they agitate me, I’ll send the f*ckin’ lawyers. $24 million in my career so far. I can't wait till I get rich. Just on lawyers. I've spent $24 million in my career on legal fees.”
50 Cent went on and also state that he does not have a manager, instead, his entire business is managed by a “general council.” He explained:
"Why would I need you to manage me for? I've done every deal a 100 f**king times. They all want to work at a percentage and you want a percentage from me? You didn't build this, I built this."
Ever since 50 Cent rose to fame, he has been involved in several legal battles. The first one started in June 1994, when he was arrested for allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover police officer. Thereafter, he has filed several lawsuits against many individuals and entities including Taco Bell, an advertising company, Traffix of Pearl River, and many more.
As per Celebrity Net Worth, 50 Cent has a whopping net worth of $40 million, as he has sold millions of albums worldwide. Apart from this, he also has many businesses running, which fetch him a massive fortune.
