“6’8” with the arms of a 5’6””— Internet reacts to Bandman Kevo getting a height enhancement surgery

On June 16, 2024, hip hop artist Bandman Kevo announced via social media (Instagram) that he underwent a height enhancement surgery alongside a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

In a 28-second-long video that has now gone viral, Bandman Kevo said:

“Yo, what’s going on y’all? Listen, I’ve been healing from the BBL and height surgery. Remember I told you I was trying to get taller? I am now 6’8” but I gotta drink this Sway hydration drink for the next three months, or I’ll get shorter. So, that’s what’s being going on man.”

The Methods rapper also showed the girdle (which he referred to as "faja") he was wearing as part of the healing process, and claimed he would need to wear it for three to four months. The post had Miami Life Plastic Surgery and Sway Hydration tagged.

Since the clip garnered traction, the internet has been having diverse reactions, with the majority trolling Kevo for getting the cosmetic procedures.

So far, Bandman has not responded to the trolls.

Bandman Kevo previously earned backlash for getting tattoos of celebrity faces

In July 2023, Haitian-born rapper Jackboy accused Bandman Kevo of undergoing a BBL as part of their online feud. He took to X from his home gym and addressed his followers saying:

“For y’all don’t have to be on none of these hard drugs. For y’all don’t have to go get no surgeries and be laying on your back. Laying on your back getting the BBL like Bandman… Don’t go get no BBL.”

While the Chicago MC shrugged off Jackboy’s accusations, he appeared for an interview with Say Cheese! the following month and claimed that the latter was using testosterone shots to grow his backside.

“I digged real deep. Like real, real, real deep and found out, no, the n*gga don’t got a BBL, but he’s definitely taking shots in his a*s, bro. He’s definitely getting a*s shots… He’s basically on the testosterone… That’s why you see that crazy transformation.”

He added that Jackboy should stop taking the “juice” as it seemed to make him look disproportionate in his videos, and explained that the latter should not go around accusing him of getting a BBL when he himself is reportedly getting testosterone shots.

Meanwhile, last month, Bandman Kevo further drew the internet’s attention when he got the faces of various celebrities tattooed on his leg including Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Cuban among others.

He earned severe trolling and backlash with many deeming it as a weird fetish. Others were concerned that the Hacking rapper was not spending time looking for his teenage son’s killer but rather wasting his time getting inked.

For those unaware, Bandman Kevo’s 15-year-old son Kevian was reportedly shot and killed in Michigan in April.
