A recent lawsuit was filed against rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs in the New York State Supreme Court on Friday, September 27. A model, going by Jane Doe, filed it, claiming that he had mistreated her for years and had even pregnant her.

In the lawsuit, she went on to say that he then used his ex, Yung Miami, to put pressure on her to get an abortion allegedly. She further stated that over four years, the rapper drugged and abused her multiple times.

It further stated that he traced her whereabouts and kept an eye on her phone. The lawsuit also claimed that when she visited him in Miami in the spring of 2022, one day she woke up with bruises on her feet and a bite mark on her heel.

She allegedly had no idea how she had gotten the injuries. The lawsuit also claimed that Doe was made to feel afraid for her safety if she disobeyed Diddy's requests. It then stated,

“Jane Doe was afraid of what Defendant Combs would do if she said no.”

Recently, a lady who accused Sean "Diddy" Combs of drugging and impregnating her, filed a lawsuit against him. This comes after he was arrested for alleged s*x trafficking. The lawsuit had further alleged emotional harm and requested damages.

It also claimed that he had r*ped and mistreated her s*xually for a period of four years, starting in the fall of 2020 and ending in July 2024, four months after investigators from Homeland Security Investigations searched Combs's residences in Miami and Los Angeles.

The file then claimed that Combs and his employees secretly videotaped their s*xual encounters, which made the woman anxious, depressed, and fearful for her safety. According to the lawsuit, Combs kept in touch with the victim in an effort to "control her actions."

Diddy also “discourage[d] [Doe] from working,” instead paying her an allowance “which he used to control her.”

The lawsuit claimed that Diddy "commanded" Doe to pay him a visit in Miami in July 2024. Doe also claimed that Diddy "shoved two pills in [her] mouth" as she arrived. After that, she alleged that she attempted drinking water, but it "tasted strange" and "made her feel unwell."

The suit further stated,

“The next morning, Jane Doe felt ill and confused and could not remember what happened the night before and the bedroom was in a disarray.”

Furthermore, Combs was criticized by Doe’s lawyer New York Napoli Shkolnik. In a statement given to USA TODAY on Friday, September 26 Shkolnik said,

"No one is above the law."

Napoli further said,

"Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans. Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and providing justice for victims. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean 'Diddy' Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse."

The lawsuit came in the wake of Diddy’s recent arrest and imprisonment.

Combs is currently in custody

Combs, 54, was taken into custody and charged with racketeering 10 days ago. However, he entered a not-guilty plea. Additionally, according to the indictment made public following his arrest when the feds raided Combs' houses in Miami and Los Angeles, they found drugs, weapons, and baby oil bottles.

In the document, federal prosecutors described Combs as the head of a purported criminal operation that routinely subjects women and others to physical and s*xual abuse.

The document also announced,

“Combs maintained control over his victims through, among other things, physical violence, promises of career opportunities, granting and threatening to withhold financial support, and by other coercive means, including tracking their whereabouts, dictating the victims’ appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing, and supplying them with controlled substances.”

On the other hand, Combs' current legal representation, Marc Agnifilo, asserted the prospect of a large financial reward drove the women who accused his client. However, he hasn't yet spoken with any publishers as of yet.
