This announcement came six months after Cole confirmed her relationship with Hunxho on X in April 2024, writing "Mine" and tagging him. Shortly after, Hunxho shared a screenshot of their FaceTime call and reposted her tweet with a heart emoji. Rumors about their relationship gained traction later that month when they were first seen holding hands in Atlanta.

Keyshia Cole and Hunxho reportedly split after alleged romance

Keyshia Cole gained attention after reports surfaced that she had Hunxho's name permanently inked on her chest. The two were first seen together in April, as reported by The Shade Room on April 7.

In October, the outlet reported that Cole posted a video of herself getting her hair done by a professional stylist on her Instagram Story on Sunday, October 13. In addition, a writing in red was visible on the star's chest as the camera focused on her. It looks like the tattoo says "Ibrahim," which is the official name of Hunxho, Ibrahim Muhammad Dodo.

In the same month, Hunxho hinted at a new collaboration with 42-year-old Keyshia in his song Part Of The Plan, seemingly addressing their age difference. During the song, he raps:

"If she’s older than my age does that mean we can’t date / Is that the law? I’ve never seen so many people judge.”

However, Keyshia never publicly reacted to the song and its lyrics. Furthermore, she celebrated her birthday at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood in mid-October, surrounded by celebrities such as musician Elijah Blake, TV personality Paris Phillips, and publicist Ernest Dukes.
