On October 7, DJ Akademiks shared his theory in his broadcast that Cardi B and Offset's breakup was due to her allegedly cheating with Texan football player Stefon Diggs. He stated:

“They said Cardi B was catching Offset doing all types of bullsh*t and basically when Cardi B was like eight months pregnant, Offset went through her phone and caught her texting some dog as* named Stefon Diggs.”

He continued by stating that Stefon had allegedly intimate relations with other rappers too. DJ Akademiks said:

"Shout out to Stefon Diggs, man. There's two more rappers, he's f***ing y'all b***hes now, too. I'll tell y'all, but y'all got to DM me. I got all the information for y'all, alright? Stefon Diggs is f***ing two other active rappers' b***hes.”

As soon as the news about Cardi B allegedly cheating on Offset made its way to social media, multiple netizens began reacting to the same. One social media user also commented on DJ Akademiks’ X page, and said:

While DJ Akademiks’ claims continue to go viral on social media, however, the credibility of the same cannot be confirmed, as it has neither been confirmed by Offset and Cardi nor by the Texan footballer Stefon Diggs.

“Tell the truth!!” — Details explored as Offset previously blamed Cardi B for their divorce

DJ Akademiks’ claims came in days after Cardi B hosted an Instagram Live on September 25, 2024, where Offset commented and blamed Cardi for the divorce.

“U fuc*ed with a baby inside, tell the truth!!” Offeset's comment on the livestream read.

Cardi was quick to notice the comment left by her former partner and responded to it by saying:

“You want to play those games with me? We’re going to play those games too. Since you wanna f*ing threaten me, talking about you wanna take my st. You want to take my s**t because I’m moving on? Move on! Move on… Why can’t you move on?”

She continued:

“You know what blows my mind? That dude thinks he can just buy a girl. I love my stuff, but you can’t buy me anymore, motherf***er. It’s wild that someone thinks that’s enough. It’s definitely not, honey.”

For the unversed, Cardi B and Offset got married in 2017. During their marriage, they welcomed three kids, Kulture, Wave, and another newborn, who was born in September, this year. Cardi announced in December 2023 about her breakup with Offset, and later, the couple filed for a divorce in July, this year.
