In June 2024,the American Heart Association uploaded a Facebook that claimed Charli XCX's Spring Breakers had the right temp for Hands-Onky CPR. Recently, they made another post about another song by the 32-year-old singer, titled 360.

Meanwhile, netizens took to social media platforms to praise the singer based on the information confirmed by the American Heart Association. Here are some of the online responses found on X, formerly known as Twitter:

"Resurrecting club pop AND lives 😭 god is a woman," added a tweet.
"Charli XCX saving lives, literally," wrote another user.

While many netizens praised her and expressed positivity, some didn't seem pleased with the news.

"No one wants to be saved by that song." One user wrote.
"Girl nobody is playing 360 just to hit the beats while doing cpr," added a tweet.
"We would need to be saved after having to endure that song so that's good," commented another user.

After the American Heart Association cited two of her songs, Spring Breakers and 360, for being apt for having the right tempo for Hands-Only CPR, it is worth knowing more about Charli XCX's life and career. Born in 1992 in Cambridge, she gained massive fame in 2012 after collaborating with Swedish duo Icona Pop for their track I Love It.

The singer reportedly began developing an interest in music after she heard songs by Britney Spears and Spice Girls. Her first album, 14, was released in 2008, and she reportedly took a loan from her parents to drop the project. Her debut studio album was True Romance, which came out in 2013. She also conducted a promotional tour in the UK after the release.

Her latest album, Brat, was released in June 2024. The album reportedly drew influence from the 2000s English rave scene, and 360 was one of the many songs from this album. Other tracks of this album were Apple and Von Dutch.

She has received several awards over the years. The list includes a Billboard Music Award, NME Award, a Teen Choices Award, and a YouTube Music Award. As of now, Charli XCX has received about 95 nominations and won about 24.


In separate news, Pitchfork reported that Charli is now a part of the movie I Want Your S*x. The movie will star Olivia Wilde and Cooper Hoffman. The outlet further confirmed that she had voiced animated characters for several movies - including The Angry Birds Movie and UglyDolls. Charli XCX's role in the upcoming movie has not yet been revealed, as confirmed by Variety.
