"BBL Drizzy Halloween costume" - Internet reacts as Fashion Nova's latest product sparks wild reactions

Fashion Nova has made their way into the headlines after the company launched their Halloween costume, seemingly inspired by the BBL Drizzy joke. While the joke started months back, after Willonius Hatcher released the AI-generated song, by the same name, the fashion company has now grabbed eyeballs after converting the whole joke into a costume.

The song, which stems from the rumor that Drake, often called Drizzy, got a “Brazillian Butt Lift,” AKA “BBL,” was mainly created by King Willonius amidst the rap war between Drake and Kendrick Lamar.

Furthermore, the costume showcased by Fashion Nova, called the BBL Drizzy Halloween costume, shows the model wearing pants with an accessory that has a lifted glute.

As soon as the picture made its way on social media, multiple users began sharing wild and hilarious reactions. One X user, @IWuzLikeDamn shared the picture of the BBL Drizzy costume, and wrote:

“Yall…. @FashionNova got a BBL Drizzy Halloween costume. I’m on the floor.”

As the post received more than 1.6 million views in just a few hours, many social media users commented on it:

While Fashion Nova might have taken the BBL Drizzy joke to another level, it is also worth noting that both Rick Ross and Kendrick Lamar included the joke in their diss tracks aimed at Drake.

Champagne Moments, released on April 13, 2024, by Rick Ross included the lines:

"I know you got your Dockers on with no underwear, white boy. Yeah, you had that surgery, that six-pack gone. That's why you wearin' that funny sh*t at your show, you can't hide it."

On the other hand, Kendrick Lamar also added a joke about the surgery in his diss track for Drake, Euphoria. In the song, Lamar rapped:

"Yeah, my first one like my last one, it's a classic, you don't have one, Let your core audience stomach that, then tell 'em where you get your abs from."

Furthermore, it is also worth noting that the accessory on Fashion Nova does not mention BBL Drizzy or Drake’s name anywhere. Instead, it is being marketed as “BBL Booty Butt Pad Costume Accessory.”

As soon as Fashion Nova launched their Halloween collection, social media users were quick to notice the BBL accessory and pointed out how the fashion company had chosen a model who resembled Drake.
