American rapper Cardi B took to her X account to share a Space on Wednesday and shared an extended audio message about her husband, Offset. She alleged that throughout their marriage, he had been competing with her.

Cardi recounted a story indicating that Offset posted her album and then told her that he was next, implying competition. She clarified that she was not competing, though she did not specify which album she was referring to. The singer said that he "had the nerve to say that [I] was being competitive."
