Kanye West has reignited conversations online with his long-awaited return to X, marking his first tweet since reactivating his account.

On December 29, 2024, Kanye West returned to the social media platform X and posted a tweet promoting Yeezy merchandise. The tweet included a link to the Yeezy website, which sparked widespread confusion among netizens.

However, the Yeezy website sparked widespread confusion due to its unconventional sizing system, leaving fans scratching their heads over the options labeled simply as numbers —

"Bro tf are the sizes? 1,2,3? Which one is a large," one commented.

Many users on X expressed uncertainty about the sizing options, questioning which fit would be most suitable. Some humorously asked whether the sizes were designed to fit normal human beings —

"I’m 6’4 and skinny what size should I get for the shirt & sweatpants guys?" a netizen commented.
"What does this mean," another commented.
"Do they fit normal humans yet ?" one more on X.

While some users praised Kanye West's music, they admitted to being less enthusiastic about his merchandise. Others raised concerns about pricing, questioning why items like sweatpants and socks were listed at the same price point —

"Why is one pair of socks the same price as a pair of sweatpants?" a user on X commented.
"I appreciate your music bro, but your clothes, shoes, etc. are hideous," one more wrote on X.
"I hope these fit," a third commented.

As of now, neither Kanye West nor anyone from the Yeezy team has addressed the online reactions or provided clarification regarding the sizing system.

The merchandise collection features an array of winter clothing items, including T-shirts, sweatpants, trousers, and jackets, all available in a minimalist color palette of white, grey, and black. While the clothing line gained attention, Kanye West's surprising return to X was the focal point for many fans.

Kanye West’s account had been inactive since April 2024, following backlash over a controversial tweet. On April 24, 2024, West suggested plans to release an adult video as part of the Yeezy brand, accompanied by a six-second teaser clip, which drew widespread criticism —

"Yeezy P*rn Is Cumming," West wrote.

According to Billboard, the post was linked to West’s reported ambitions of creating an adult content studio under the Yeezy brand, a project rumored to involve Mike Moz, the former husband of Stormy Daniels.

It remains unclear whether West deactivated his account voluntarily or if the X platform suspended it, as neither party has offered clarification. However, this incident was not West’s first clash with the platform.

According to BBC, in December 2022, In December 2022, West faced suspension from X after posting a series of cryptic and offensive tweets. Among them was an image combining a swastika with a Star of David, sparking outrage. Elon Musk, CEO of X, confirmed the suspension, stating —

"West had violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended," Musk wrote in an X post.

Around the same time, during an interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, West caused further controversy by praising Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, ranting about sin, p*rnography, and the devil, all while obscuring his face with a mask.

West’s latest return to X has reignited conversations about his unpredictable behavior and creative pursuits, leaving fans and critics alike curious about what lies ahead.
