Kanye West AKA Ye’s recent post on Instagram created a buzz on social media, as he seemingly declared himself as, “THE GOAT OF ALL GOATS.”
Posting a picture of a goat on January 14, 2024, Ye wrote words like “raps, beats, albums, clothes, prophecy, choir, shoes, money, posts, tweets, awards,” etc. each of them followed by an emoji of a goat.
He quoted his much-talked-about speech from the 2005 Grammys and wrote:
“THEY TOLD YOU I WAS DEAD BROKE CLONED DO THIS SOUND LIKE A CLONE I DONT TAKE ADVICE I GIVE IT I DO AND SAY WHAT THE F*CK I WANNA SAY WHEN I WANNA SAY HOW I WANNA SAY WHENEVER I WANNA SAY IT EVERYBODY WANTED TO KNOW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YE NEVER GOT MONEY AGAIN I GUESS WE’LL NEVER F*CKING KNOOOOW WE’LL NEVER EVER EVER F*CKING KNOOOOOOOW I’M RICH FOREVER AND EVER IN EVERY LIFETIME."
However, as soon as his post on Instagram went viral, several comments poured in. An Instagram user, @TheShadeRoom also posted the screenshot of his message where Kanye called himself the “GOAT,” to which another user responded and said:
“Calling yourself a “crash out” goat is a nasty work.”
Furthermore, others also poured in hilarious comments and said:
As many mocked Kanye for his post, others agreed with him, and claimed that Ye is indeed the “greatest of all times.”
Kanye West disses Adidas in a separate post
Kanye recently posted a message for Adidas on Instagram stories on January 8, 2024, claiming how the company’s site shows up before his brand, Yeezy, even when someone googles Yeezy.com. Ye wrote:
“When you google Yeezy.com, the Adidas site comes before the Yeezy site. Members at Adidas, stop doing this. Stop doing your moves to hold me back. Our partnership is done. You’re a $60 billion company that froze my accounts. Now, I’m back on my feet (no pun intended) and I’m not going to stand for this (no pun again).
He concluded by stating how he did “phenomenal work” for Adidas and later claimed that the brand has been trying to “intimidate and oppress” him.
On the work front, Kanye is currently teasing his upcoming album, Bully, but the rapper has not yet released more details about its tracks and release dates.
The rapper continues to enjoy the success of his collaborative album with Ty Dolla Sign, Vultures 2, which the duo released in 2024.
