Cardi B announced that she has to pull out from her scheduled ONE MusicFest performance in Atlanta on Saturday, October 26. She further revealed that she had been in the hospital recovering after a medical emergency, causing her to miss out on the event. The Money singer took to her Instagram on Wednesday, October 23, afternoon to share the health and concert update, writing:

"I am so sad to share this news, but I've been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won't be able to perform at ONE MusicFest. It breaks my heart that I won't get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there."

Addressing her fanbase, Bardi Gang, Cardi B thanked everyone for understanding. She also promised everyone that she'll "be back better and stronger soon" and assured her fans not to worry about her.

The rapper-singer didn't specify the medical emergency that landed her in the hospital. However, before the cancellation, Cardi B was slated as one of the main headliners for ONE MusicFest's opening night on Saturday, October 26, at Piedmont Park in Atlanta.

Other headlining performances for the annual music festival's 15th anniversary on Saturday include Earth, Wind & Fire and Nelly, with additional R&B acts like Redman, Fantasia, and more. Jill Scott, Victoria Monet, and Gunna are set to headline the Sunday event, with Sexxy Red, Keyshia Cole, GloRilla, and other artists joining them.

Cardi B's ONE MusicFest cancellation comes hours after her X rant on estranged husband Offset

Hours before she announced that she had been at the hospital for several days and had to cancel her appearance in Atlanta on Instagram, Cardi B was on X for another reason. She shared a heated rant directed at her estranged husband, Offset.

While the rapper has since deleted her posts from her social media page, screenshots of her explicit rant made waves online. The Bodak Yellow artist fired off a series of insults about her ex-husband on the evening of October 22. As reported by Complex, in one tweet, Cardi B shared how much she hates Offset.

"Bro I wish the worst on this man...I never hated somebody soooo much and these b*tches be so thirsty to have him please take this man off my hands this garbage bag is to[o] heavy !!"

While the rapper didn't drop any names in her initial tweet, her follow up made it clear who she was talking about. In response to a fan comment in her previous tweet, asking her to stop because "he's the father of [her] children," Cardi wrote:

"Yea he is that's why I don't wish him death ..but I truly hate this dirty a** narcissistic piece of sh*t.... And his family and his friends never check him that's why he always going to be a piece of sh*t of a Person."

However, Cardi defended Offset from fan allegations that he was the one who sent Child Protective Services to her house. Earlier on October 22, the Atlanta rapper called out an anonymous prankster on social media. She claimed that the prankster allegedly sent CPS to her home, saying that the pranks had started "getting too far."

The rapper's rant on X comes amid her ongoing divorce from Offset after seven years of marriage. News broke that she filed for divorce from the Migos on August 1, but hours later, Cardi B announced on her Instagram that she's pregnant with her third child with Offset, writing, "With every ending comes a new beginning!"

The rapper has since given birth to their baby number three, confirming the news on September 12 via Instagram. Offset was reportedly at the hospital during the birth.
