Cardi B recently took to X to post screenshots of her allegedly negotiating a tour deal worth $65 million amid speculations of her financial troubles. These speculations arose after the rapper revealed her partnership with Shein, a fast-fashion brand.

On December 3, 2024, Cardi B went on X Spaces to fire back at accusations of her going broke, claiming she spends $3 million a month. She claimed she was having an "off year," saying:

“People say that I’m surviving off Shein deals and brand deals — wait hold on. I want to let y’all know I could wake up tomorrow, sign a contract and have half of $65 million, or half of $70 million, in my bank. I spend like about $3 million in a month.”

She continued:

“As long as my bills is paid, I can buy whatever the f**k I want whenever the f**k I want. S**t, I can go spend $500,000 on a f**king car tomorrow. I could buy me a $300,000 watch tomorrow. B**h, I could buy your mother.”

Following this, the Bodak Yellow rapper posted screenshots of a text chain between her and an unnamed person in September, discussing a potential tour where she would allegedly earn $1 million per show.

The messages detailed that Cardi B would receive $65 million for the entire tour, claiming she would get half the money "upfront" after signing the contract.

During her X Spaces conversation, the rapper added she was unwilling to go on tour before her sophomore album, which is expected to be released in 2025.

“I don’t want to take tour deals until I announce my album because when I announce my album I know they’re going to up it. You have to move smart. You can’t act hungry when you’re not,” she said.

Cardi B uploaded bills of her $400K shopping spree

Following her screenshots of a potential tour, Cardi B also posted bills of her recent expensive purchases, adding up to $400K. In the now-deleted tweets, the rapper uploaded pictures of three bills from businesses like Eliante and Co., Benny the Jeweler Inc., and Adore The Couture LLC under her birth name, Belcalis M Almanzar.

As per Celebrity Net Worth, Cardi B is reportedly worth $80 million. The rapper also recently disclosed that she went on a $2 million shopping spree following her divorce from her husband, Offset.

During an X Spaces conversation on November 27, Cardi B dubbed herself an "expensive b***h," saying:

"I'm an expensive b*tch, I love money, I breathe money, I smell money, I need money because I got a lot of bills to pay, y'all not gonna to tell me what to do."

She added that she spent the money on gifts for herself, including jewelry and designer bags, because she was "divorced," "single," and "shopping makes me feel good." Cardi and Offset announced their divorce in August 2024, weeks before they had their third child.
