Country music superstar Carrie Underwood and her family were thankfully safe after the garage in the singer's Williamson County property caught fire on Sunday night.
According to the Williamson County Fire Rescue, as reported by WKRN News 2, the fire in Underwood's Pinewood Road residence, which is located in the west of Leiperk's Fork, caught fire at around 9:40 pm. The county quickly dispatched all eight of its stations following the fire alarm, given that the property was in a remote location.
Officials have noted that the fire crew had to travel a long road followed by another long driveway to get to the primary residence. When the first responders arrived on the scene, there was already a "fully-involved" fire at the garage part of the residence.
Thankfully, the firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze, many thanks to the 10,000-gallon water tanks Carrie Underwood had already installed on the premises.
