The Sag Harbor Village Police Department released a mug shot of the popular singer, Justin Timberlake who was arrested on June 18, 2024. As per police reports, Justin was arrested on the charges of driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York. However, he was released from custody a few hours later in the morning, along with which the police also released his mug shot.

In the mug shot, Justin Timberlake can be seen staring at the camera, which caught the attention of the masses. As soon as TMZ released the picture, it started doing rounds on the internet and garnered hilarious reactions from social media users.

Taking up to X (formerly Twitter), one social media user commented.

As per CNN, the court records mentioned that Justin Timberlake’s eyes were “bloodshot and glassy.” At the same time, as per the records, the What Goes Around Comes Back singer also had a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” on his breath.

Justin Timberlake was driving his 2025 BMW at the time of arrest

Justin Timberlake found himself in deep waters after he was arrested on Tuesday morning, around 12:37 AM on charges of drinking and driving. As per Deadline, the Sag Harbor police reported that he was pulled over after he did not stop his vehicle at the stop sign, and was driving intoxicated. At the time of arrest, the singer was driving his 2025 BMW.

Furthermore, the Sag Harbor Police Chief Robert Drake also released a statement and said:

“On June 18, 2024, at 12:37 AM, Justin R. Timberlake, age 43, of Tennessee, was observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel.

The statement further read:

A traffic stop was initiated by a Police Officer from Sag Harbor Village Police Department and upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.”

Lastly adding:

“Mr. Timberlake was placed under arrest, processed, and held overnight for morning arraignment. Mr. Timberlake was arraigned at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM where he was released on his own recognizance.”

While the singer has now been released, his next hearing is scheduled for July 26, 2024. He is scheduled to appear virtually in Sag Harbor court. While social media users continue to react to the news of his arrest and the mugshot released, Justin Timberlake has not yet commented on the fiasco.
