On July 10, 2024, Daphne Joy allegedly wiped off her Instagram feed and removed all the posts she previously uploaded targeting rapper 50 Cent. While it is unclear why Joy took such a decision, it happened after the rapper filed a defamation suit against her back in May 2024. However, according to TMZ, both the incidents weren't co-related.

Daphne and 50 Cent have a kid together, and as reported by TMZ, she wiped off the posts for the sake of their son. The rapper too had reportedly removed the posts on his feed, about Daphne Joy.

In March, Joy sued her former partner 50 Cent for allegedly r*ping and abusing her physically while they were still in a relationship.

50 Cent and Daphne Joy's relationship timeline and drama explored

Daphne Joy and 50 Cent dated each other for a period between 2011 and 2012. In September 2012, the former couple welcomed their son Sire. Joy had then accused the rapper of domestic abuse, which eventually ended in their separation. Last year in September, Daphne was reportedly seen with Diddy, which led to further speculations amongst fans.

The rapper then seemingly confirmed it after he took to social media and wrote:

"Oh sh*t, that's your mommy over there with Puffy. LOL. Remember what I told you the other day, these b***he's be crazy. SMH."

Earlier this year, Daphne again made headlines after she was reportedly named in the civil lawsuit filed by Rodney Jones Jr. against mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs. Rodney claimed that Daphne was one of the s*x workers related to Combs. In an Instagram post shared in March, Joy further criticized her ex, for trivializing the allegations made against her in the lawsuit. That was when Daphne Joy also accused him of s*xual abuse.

Joy revealed at that time:

"Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of r*ping me and physically abusing me. You have permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me."

50 Cent immediately denied the allegations made against him by his former partner. Since Wednesday, the post has been removed from Joy's Instagram profile. Hot97.com reported that the model had also removed the s*xual abuse claims from her suit against Cent.

The former couple had also been facing some custody issues. After Joy's name was involved in the civil lawsuit involving Diddy, 50 Cent filed for entire custody of their 12-year-old son Sire. As of now, no confirmed decision has been made in the custody case. While denying the r*pe claims, 50 Cent said that they were made only because he had asked for his son's full custody. In a statement to TMZ, Cent added:

"My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time."

TMZ has reported that they had reached out to the model for further comment, however, no response has been received yet.
