Taylor Swift's Eras Tour officially kicked off on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona, at the State Farm Stadium. The three-hour extravaganza was a nostalgic journey for longtime Swifties as the songstress touched every 'era' of her career.

Taylor began the concert with the Lover era, singing Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince while clad in a sparkling dress and matching boots. This was followed by her performing Cruel Summer, marking its debut in front of a live audience.

The Lover era was followed by Evermore, as Champagne Problems and Willow echoed throughout the State Farm Stadium. Swift then announced the commencement of her Reputation era with the appearance of a gigantic LED snake that slithered across the stage. She performed songs like Don't Blame Me and Delicate.

From her Red era, she sang I Knew You Were Trouble and We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together and followed it up with the full 10-minute version of All Too Well.

The Red era was followed by the Folklore era, with the 14-time Grammy winner singing hits like Cardigan, Invisible String, and an acoustic version of Mirrorball. After this song, Taylor announced that an acoustic version of a different song would be played at every concert in the Eras Tour.

All blockbuster hits from the 1989 era were coalesced to form one big dance show. The entries included songs like Blank Space, Shake it Off, and Wildest Dreams. The nostalgia continued as Swift alluded to her Fearless album, singing classics like Love Story and You Belong With Me. She also performed Tim McGraw on the piano.

The three-hour concert ended with Taylor Swift performing songs from her 2022 album Midnights. In total, she reportedly sang over forty songs in front of a crowd of over 69,000 fans at the first concert of the Eras Tour.

Taylor Swift has seemingly toppled records with every new convert of the Eras Tour since its inception. By the end of 2023, the tour had crossed a billion dollars in revenue, making it the highest-grossing concert tour in history. Interestingly, the tour hadn't even crossed the halfway stage of its 152-show run by that time.

After the three shows in New Orleans, the Eras Tour will go to downtown Indianapolis, where Swift will be performing from November 1-3 at the Lucas Oil Stadium.
