A new lawsuit accuses rapper Sean Diddy Combs of allegedly s*xually assaulting a LA businessman at a party in 2022 before an unnamed athlete intervened to resolve the situation. The Bad Boy Records founder has been under custody since his arrest on September 16.

The aforementioned lawsuit is one among the five filed against Combs on Sunday, October 20, accusing him of alleged s*xual assault and rape. These lawsuits were filed anonymously through attorneys Andrew Van Arsdale and Tony Buzbee. The lawyer duo had filed six other cases against Diddy last week and mentioned that they'll be representing 120 alleged victims of the rapper in due time.

In one lawsuit, obtained by Daily Mail Online, an anonymous Los Angeles-based businessman, accused Diddy of alleged s*xual assault. The businessman reportedly owns a jewelry and a luxury cars business in the area and claimed he did frequent business with the rapper.

The alleged incident occurred during a 2022 promotional party for Combs' Ciroc vodka band where the plaintiff claimed to have been invited. As per the accuser, Combs was "acting strangely" while being drunk.

"Combs began awkwardly moving closer to Plaintiff. As he did so, Combs removed his pants and exposed his genitals to Plaintiff. Combs continued to move closer and then grabbed Plaintiff’s genitals through his pants, squeezing them in a rough and s*xual manner."

The lawsuit further detailed,

"Plaintiff, shocked and disoriented, frozen momentarily and did not know how to respond to the weirdly inappropriate s*xual advance made by Combs," the lawsuit said.

The incident reportedly "escalated" before an unnamed professional A-lister athlete intervened and stopped the situation. The accuser then reportedly escaped Diddy's office, left the party, and returned home.

The plaintiff demands a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages for the emotional distress and trauma he faced.

In another one of the five new lawsuits filed against Diddy, the rapper is accused of allegedly drugging and r*ping a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 house party. The alleged incident followed the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards in the presence of two unnamed celebrities from the music industry.

As per the lawsuit, obtained by The Mirror US, the alleged 13-year-old victim "had a friend drop her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards (VMAs)". The lawsuit further claims that the plaintiff approached several limousine drivers outside the awards, hoping to get into the event.

One of the drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Diddy. The driver allegedly told the plaintiff that Combs "liked younger girls" and she was "fit for what he was looking for." The unidentified driver then allegedly asked the plaintiff to return at 10 pm and invited her to an afterparty. The lawsuit added that the plaintiff returned as instructed and the driver allegedly drove her in a black limousine to a party.

The lawsuit also alleged that the plaintiff had signed a non-disclosure agreement before entering the party. However, she claimed to not have received a copy of the same.

"Plaintiff observed widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine. Plaintiff accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter," the lawsuit alleged.

The plaintiff allegedly felt "woozy and lightheaded" after taking the drink and entered an empty bedroom. The lawsuit claims Sean Combs entered the room with one male and one female celebrity. Diddy allegedly "threw" the plaintiff towards the unnamed male celebrity who "removed Plaintiff’s clothes as she grew more and more disoriented".

The plaintiff claimed to have left the party after the alleged incident. In the other new lawsuits filed on Sunday (October 20), a musical artist accused Combs of allegedly drugging and raping her at a 2022 party in New York City.

In another lawsuit, a male personal trainer alleged that the rapper drugged him and forced him to engage in s*xual acts with him during an after awards party in 2022.

Combs' lawyers have not commented on the new charges against the rapper. However, they denied the new lawsuits filed against Diddy last week. In a statement obtained by The Mirror US, they said:

"The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never *exually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman."

Sean Diddy Combs remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York for three counts of s*x trafficking and racketeering.
