Sean "Diddy" Combs' ongoing list of s*xual assault lawsuits keeps growing as more people come forward with new accusations. On October 14, 2024, a client of attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the alleged 120 new Diddy accusers, sued the rapper for allegedly drugged and s*xually assaulted him in August 2006.

According to AllHipHop, court documents said the alleged victim, referred to as John Doe, was a security guard who worked at an event hosted by the rapper in 2006. Doe alleged the rapper plied him with two drinks laced with drugs like GHB or ecstasy.

“As the event progressed, Combs targeted plaintiff and provided him with two alcoholic drinks throughout the night. fter consuming the second drink, plaintiff began to feel extremely ill and leaned against his truck for support … Combs, by himself or through his agents/employees, previously laced the drink with drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy," the court documents read.

Doe claimed the drugs left him dizzy, following which Diddy allegedly forced him into a van and sodomized him. The guard claimed the rapper dismissed his pleas for help, repeatedly reassuring him, saying, "You’ll be alright.”

Following the alleged assault, the guard struggled to leave the event due to the drugs in his system. He claimed he could feel "a lubricant-like fluid" dripping from him. He allegedly informed his supervisor about the situation when he reached home.

The lawsuit claimed the alleged assault traumatized the guard, leaving him unable to pursue romantic relationships or get married. It added the alleged victim suffered from mental health issues that left him "deeply depressed."

“In the aftermath of the assault, plaintiff struggled with intense emotional pain and mental health issues, feeling disgusted and deeply depressed. Plaintiff has experienced a significant impact on his personal life; he has never married and often struggles to maintain relationships due to the assault,” the lawsuit added.

Diddy faces six more s*xual assault lawsuits

On October 14, six new accusers filed lawsuits in a New York court accusing Combs of s*xual assault. One of the alleged victims was underage at the time of the 1998 assault. The 16-year-old victim attended a Combs' Hamptons "White Party." According to the lawsuit, the teenager, an aspiring musician, met Combs and took a photo with him.

Following this, Combs allegedly led him to a room and insisted that he undress. The suit claimed he examined the teen's genitals, saying it was “a rite of passage” and “the route to becoming a star".

Another lawsuit by a woman accusing Combs of r*ping her in 2004 when she was a college student. The woman, then 19, claimed he allegedly invited her and a friend to a party after they met during a shoot.

She claimed the rapper forced her friend to perform oral s*x under threat of murder. He also allegedly "fondled, molested, and ultimately r*ped” the victim "all while she was begging him to stop.”

Another lawsuit saw a woman allege Diddy r*ped her at a 1995 party for Biggie Smalls' One More Chance MV. Another alleged victim claimed Combs forced him to perform oral s*x at a Macy's stockroom in 2008. The other accuser claimed Combs drugged and s*xually assaulted him with other men in 2021.

Diddy's legal team claimed the rapper "has never s*xually assaulted anyone"

In a press conference on October 1, Lawyer Tony Buzbee said the new lawsuits were filed under the "Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act." He added Combs would face more lawsuits from other alleged victims over the following weeks.

In a press release following the lawsuits, Diddy's lawyers called the suits "clear attempts to garner publicity." They added their client was innocent, saying he "never s*xually assaulted anyone."

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never s*xually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

Combs was denied bail following his arrest for alleged s*x trafficking. His trial is slated for May 2025.
