On October 1, 2024, new allegations against music mogul Sean Diddy Combs came to light during a press conference. An accuser's attorney, Tony Buzbee, told the media that Combs allegedly laced his client's drink, which caused her to "blackout."

"An individual, not a minor, attended a group dinner allegedly with Sean Combs in Miami. She wasn’t drinking because she was pregnant. But whatever she drank at the table, at least according to her, was laced with something," the attorney stated.

Notably, Diddy was arrested on September 16, 2024, at the Park Hyatt Hotel on West 57th Street under s*x trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.

On Tuesday, Tony Buzbee also accused Combs of s*xually assaulting his client. According to the lawsuit filed, after consuming a drink, the woman went allegedly blackout and woke up in Diddy's bed and her genitals were torn and sore.

Furthermore, the attorney stated that he intends to investigate every possible angle to identify all who may be responsible or involved, suggesting that he will leave "no stone unturned."

"This is an important matter that we intend to aggressively pursue. We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, to include any individual or entity who participated in or benefited from this egregious behavior," Buzbee noted.

The attorney further urged individuals who are aware of their involvement in alleged misconduct to speak and come forward before the lawsuit exposes them.

However, following the news conference, the new attorney of Diddy, Erica Wolf, said in a statement that her client has denied all "false allegations" against him.

"That said, Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he s*xually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence...," Wolf said.

Diddy was arrested last month, and a 14-page lengthy indictment was filed against the rapper. As per ABC News, the core three-count federal indictment against Combs alleges drug-fueled orgies, force and coercion, prostitution and a cover-up. Moreover, the indictment alleges about the Freak Off parties conducted by Combs.

The Freak Offs in the indictment are referred to as the recorded s*xual performances and drug-fueled orgies provided by Combs. According to the reports, many high-profile personalities were engaged in these activities.

Regarding the Freak Offs video, the newest development came forward by Diddy's accuser's attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd. In the September 27 interview with News Nation, the attorney alleged that video tapes are adult content in nature and one high profile personality, more than Diddy, can be seen in the videos —

"There have already been tapes leaking around Hollywood, but one particular person contacted me about a specific video. I can tell the video was p****graphic in nature," Mitchell-Kidd said.

Moreover, the indictment alleges that Diddy was involved in assaulting women by striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects, and kicking them since at least 2008. Music mogul Diddy is currently being held in the federal detention center in Brooklyn until his trial.
