A woman named Thalia Graves filed a lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs on Tuesday, claiming that the rapper and his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, allegedly s*xually assaulted her and videotaped the incident. According to Rolling Stone’s September 24 article, Graves said the incident took place in 2001 at the Bad Boy Records studios in New York.

In the complaint, Graves stated that the rapper lured her into a meeting when she was 25 years old and was dating one of the studio executives. She further said that she was allegedly drugged, and then s*xually assaulted.

The suit further claimed that the rapper apparently contacted Graves and threatened her to be silent. Saying the same, it continued:

“Following the assault and multiple times over the years, both Combs and Sherman contacted Plaintiff and warned her to be silent, threatening repercussions including Plaintiff potentially losing custody of her son if she ever disclosed the assault.”

This is the most recent lawsuit filed against the rapper after he was arrested on charges of racketeering and s*x trafficking.

Diddy has once been again accused of s*xual assault. The most recent charge was filed by Thalia Graves, which according to her occurred in 2001, and was allegedly captured on camera and shared online.

As per Graves, the rapper enticed her into a meeting by saying he wanted to "discuss her boyfriend's supposed performance issues". Her boyfriend at that time was working under the rapper.

In her lawsuit, she claimed that Sherman, the rapper's former bodyguard, and the rapper "sequestered her" and gave her a drink that was "probably laced with a drug that eventually caused her to lose consciousness for a brief period of time."

She further claimed that the accused then attacked her and r*ped her. According to the lawsuit, she had considered suicide, and was made to undergo intensive psychological counseling, but still has acute depression as a result of the claimed assault.

Additionally, Graves said that she was unaware that the rapper and his former bodyguard had recorded the incident until November 2023, when her ex-boyfriend informed her that the accused had supposedly shown him a tape of the assault.

Furthermore, according to the complaint, Combs and Sherman had called her on several occasions after the incident and threatened her to keep quiet. The suit also said, Graves' ex-boyfriend had revealed that "Combs and Sherman had a pattern and practice of non-consensually recording women engaging in s*xual acts and making those videos available to the public, including by selling tapes as pornography."

It continued,

“A Bad Boy artist later corroborated in a text message that Sherman ‘use[d] to sell porn of him doing this to chix’ and that Sherman ‘did that to a lot of women."

As per HipHop DX, to discuss the lawsuit, Graves' attorney Gloria Allred is set hold a press conference in Los Angeles on Tuesday, September 24, at 2:30 PM Eastern.

Graves became the 11th individual to accuse Diddy of s*xual assault in public. Just before he was accused of racketeering and s*x trafficking, Combs was the focus of a controversial lawsuit brought by adult entertainer Adria Sheri English.

As per the NY Post's September 24 article, English alleged in her lawsuit that Diddy pressured her to have s*x with his party guests. She went on to say,

“The things that we were forced on me to do … haunt me to this day. I anticipate testifying in New York’s federal court to help ensure Diddy is imprisoned for life.”

Following several claims and a raid in his Miami and Los Angeles houses that revealed items such as '1000 bottles of baby oil,' 'controlled substances,' and ammunition, the rapper is currently being held in custody in Brooklyn, as he awaits his trial.

Since his arrest in the Manhattan hotel on Monday night, September 16, he has been held in federal prison.

Following Graves' complaints, neither Diddy nor Sherman have responded to the accusations.
