Sean "Diddy" Combs, currently detained for federal charges of s*x trafficking, reportedly faced at least five new lawsuits accusing him of s*xual assault and r*pe in New York, Las Vegas, or Los Angeles. Attorney Tony Buzbee reportedly filed the civil suits at a New York Federal Court on October 20, which saw two men and three women accuse the rapper of drugging and assaulting them in five separate incidents dated between 2000 and 2022.

One of the victims was allegedly 13 when she was assaulted. Speaking to NBC News, Buzbee said he planned to file seven civil suits on Sunday night, adding that he and his team will be filing new lawsuits every week.

“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings,” he said.

This came after the lawyer filed six lawsuits on October 14, including one where the alleged victim was 16 at the time of the assault. Houston-based lawyer Tony Buzbee is representing 120 clients against the rapper, including 25 alleged victims who claimed they were underage when they were assaulted.

Diddy's new lawsuits claimed other celebrities were involved in the assault

According to CNN, one of the lawsuits filed on Sunday claimed two other celebrities were involved in the assault along with Diddy. The alleged victim, referred to as Jane Doe, claimed she was r*ped by Diddy and another celebrity at an afterparty in 2000 when she was 13.

In the lawsuit, Doe claimed she was invited to Diddy's MTV VMA afterparty in NYC. She alleged she was offered a drink laced with drugs that left her dizzy. She was taken to a room to rest, following which Combs and two unnamed celebrities, a man and a woman, walked into the room.

The lawsuit claimed Doe was allegedly r*ped by the male celebrity while the rapper and the woman watched. She claimed Diddy also r*ped her after that while the other two celebrities watched.

According to the new lawsuits, all alleged victims bar one claimed Combs drugged them before the alleged assault. All accusers remain unnamed at the time of this article. While Diddy's legal team is yet to respond to the new accusations, they denied his involvement in the lawsuits filed last week.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman,” his legal team said in a statement.

Diddy's trial is set for May 2025

Diddy's trial on s*x trafficking and prostitution charges will begin on May 5, 2025. The rapper was arrested on September 16 for "racketeering conspiracy, s*x trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution." The following day, his 14-page indictment accused the rapper of hosting s*x parties called "freak offs."

The "freak offs" were "elaborate s*x performances" between coerced and/or drugged women and male escorts "that Combs arranged, directed, and often electronically recorded." Authorities reportedly found evidence of the events during his house raids in March, along with firearms, drugs and 1000 bottles of baby oil.

In addition to his federal charges, the rapper faced at least 25 lawsuits that accused him of r*pe, abuse, s*xual assault and harassment. The first was filed in November 2023 by his ex-partner Cassie Ventura. Ventura also mentioned the "freak offs" in her lawsuits, alleging she was forced to participate in them.

According to CNN, Combs' legal team recently asked the judge to issue an order preventing "potential witnesses and their counsel" from publicly talking about the various allegations against the rapper.

“This Court should exercise its discretion in issuing an order requiring all potential witnesses and their counsel to refrain from making extrajudicial statements that have a substantial likelihood to interfere with Mr. Combs’s trial or otherwise prejudice the due administration of justice," the lawyers requested the judge.

Diddy was refused bail twice following his arrest. He was placed at the Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of his trial.
