Sean Combs, aka Diddy, "empathetically and categorically" denied accusations of r*pe and abuse from 120 new accusers. In a press conference held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee announced he was representing the victims, including one who was 9 years old at the time of the alleged assault.

In response, Combs' lawyer, Erica Wolff, told Fox News Digital that claims were "false and defamatory," adding that her client would prove his innocence in court based on "evidence, not speculation." She stated:

"As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he s*xually abused anyone, including minors."

"The ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it's shocking"—Tony Buzbee alleges 25 of Diddy's new victims were minors

In his press conference, Tony Buzbee alleged the abuse began as early as 1991, with incidents happening into 2024. He explained that his clients, scattered across the country, came forward following Diddy's federal indictment. Buzbee stated:

"When we talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it's shocking."

The Texas lawyer said that the youngest victim was nine at the time of the alleged assault, with some others reportedly aged 14 and 15. In all, he claimed 25 of the new victims were minors at the time.

Buzbee alleged there were more minors involved who were yet to be filed in the lawsuit. He explained that he also planned to expose all those who allegedly enabled Diddy, adding that he wanted to be "sure" they were right before revealing the names.

On September 16, federal officers arrested the I'll Be Missing You singer following a s*x trafficking investigation that saw his properties in Los Angeles and Miami being raided. The investigation began after a slew of lawsuits were filed against the rapper, claiming s**ual assault and violence.

It all began last November when Combs' ex, Cassie Ventura, sued him for r*pe and abuse. While Ventura's lawsuit was settled in a day, several others filed separate suits against the music mogul. At the time, Diddy denied all allegations.

In May 2024, CNN released CCTV footage from 2016 reportedly showing the rapper kicking and dragging Cassie across a hotel lobby. The video allegedly corroborated claims made in Cassie's suit. Diddy apologized in an Instagram video, that has been since deleted.

A September 2024 article by the El Paso Times, citing Diddy's unsealed indictment, claimed that the rapper allegedly ran a "criminal enterprise" that "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others" to "fulfill his s*xual desires" in a "recurrent and widely known" pattern of abuse.

This reportedly included hosting "freak off" parties where he reportedly forced women to engage in "elaborate and produced s*x performances." He allegedly drugged the women to keep them "obedient and compliant." It claimed he threatened them using intimidation and violence and even threatened their careers.

The indictment also noted that during the raids, federal officials seized AR-15 guns, large-capacity magazines, and over 1000 bottles of baby oil.

The rapper is facing charges of racketeering, s*x trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy was denied bail twice. If convicted, he faces a minimum of 15 years in prison to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
