Larry Levine, the founder and director of Wall Street Prison Consultants, has recently provided insight into Sean "Diddy" Combs' mental health and living conditions inside the Metropolitan Detention Center. The hip-hop mogul is reportedly receiving regular psyche evaluations to monitor his mental health.
The rapper was arrested on September 16, 2024, on three charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in pr*stitution. Since then, prosecutor, Tony Buzbee, has set up a s*xual abuse hotline number and several alleged victims of the rapper have come forward to share their experiences.
During a recent appearance on DailyMail.com's podcast The Trial of Diddy on October 24, Larry Levine detailed Combs' life at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Levine's company prepares inmates and defendants for life in prison, helping them navigate various prison programs and rehabilitation.
Discussing his relationship with fellow prisoners, Levine revealed that the rapper's allegations make him a target among fellow prisoners.
"He's got a lonely existence. He's got a target on his back and you know, it's fact he's got too much on too many people," said Levine in the podcast.

Larry Levine describes Diddy's life in prison, mental health, and preferential treatment in The Trial of Diddy podcast
Sean Combs is housed at Brooklyn's notorious Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC). Currently locking up over 1200 prisoners, the MDC is known for its violence and horrific living conditions.
It has seen the deaths of numerous prisoners, thereby sparking several lawsuits over the years. Other infamous criminals like Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislane Maxwell, and R. Kelly have also spent time inside this prison.
In The Trial of Diddy podcast, Larry Levine talked about the rapper's current mental health, explaining that he isn't on a suicide watch as was reported previously.
"He's not really on suicide watch but my inside source there tells me that there is someone coming by to visit with him several times a day, you know, to make sure that he's okay," he said.
Levine, who was also in federal prison for ten years for fraud and racketeering added:
"He's got somebody from the psychology department coming out to visit with him so it's like a game that they play with the inmates. Remember, he's not playing chess. He's in a cell by himself."
He claimed that Combs was getting favors and preferential treatment inside the prison, asserting that the extra privileges included getting extra showers per week. Meanwhile, his attorney, Marc Agnifilo has complained about the allegedly underwhelming food inside the MDC. After a hearing last month, Agnifilo described the food served to Diddy as "the roughest part" of Diddy's stay at the MDC.
In the podcast, Levine also explained how the music mogul's ultra-lavish lifestyle before getting arrested was making it even more difficult for the former music mogul to adjust to the living conditions inside the prison.
Many lawsuits filed against Combs accuse the music mogul of s*xually assaulting minors, an allegation that has made the rapper a prime target among prison inmates according to Larry Levine.
Sean "Diddy" Combs accused of allegedly drugging and r**ing a 13-year-old girl in a new lawsuit
In a lawsuit filed on October 20, Diddy was accused of allegedly r*ping a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 house party. As per the legal complaint, the alleged incident happened in the presence of two anonymous celebrities (Celebrity A and Celebrity B) following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
According to the lawsuit, as obtained by The Mirror US on October 21, the alleged victim was dropped at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so that she could try to attend the MTV VMAs. The plaintiff allegedly tried approaching several limousine drivers to get a chance to enter the hall.
While doing so, she stumbled across a driver who claimed to work for Diddy. He allegedly told the plaintiff that his boss "liked younger girls" and asked her to return to an afterparty at 10 pm. The alleged victim returned and the driver drove her to the afterparty in a black limousine.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff signed a non-disclosure agreement before entering the afterparty. However, she claimed to have never received a copy of the same.
Inside the party, the plaintiff allegedly observed widespread use of drugs like cocaine, and marijuana. As per the lawsuit, she was offered a drink that tasted like "orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter."
After taking the drink, she started feeling increasingly "woozy and lightheaded" and entered an empty bedroom. According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly entered with Celebrity A (male) and Celebrity B (female) and threw her towards Celebrity A. She stated feeling more and more disoriented as the unnamed male celebrity removed her clothes.
The lawsuit stated that allegedly Celebrity A r*ped her first, followed by Diddy. The rapper even approached her for oral s*x, but she made him stop by hitting him on the neck. The alleged victim grabbed her clothes and left the property.
"Eventually, Plaintiff reached a gas station. A female clerk noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone. Plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up," claimed the lawsuit.
The lawsuit further stated that the plaintiff fell into deep depression and it "continues to affect every facet of her life."
Diddy's lawyers, meanwhile, have already had their bail pleas rejected by two judges. They have reportedly filed an appeal to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court and the matter will be discussed in a hearing on November 4.
