"Didn't TJay say he was broke or something?" — Internet reacts as Cardi B calls out Offset for not buying their kids Christmas gifts

Cardi B appeared in an X Spaces livestream on Tuesday, January 14, and shared that her estranged husband, Offset, had not gifted their children for Christmas.

During the livestream, Cardi B accused Offset and his mother, Latabia Woodward, of robbing her. She also claimed that Offset visited his other children in New York but did not visit their kids together. Netizens reacted to her claims on social media. She also said:

“Do you guys know that my kids didn’t receive no Christmas gifts from somebody in particular? Guess how many gifts did they buy for my kids? Zero! Zero!”

She added:

“You love your kids so much and you didn’t bought them sh* for Christmas, but you came to New York to buy your other kids gifts. But you ain’t bought my kids sh*t on purpose to spite me.”

Cardi B and Offset are parents to three children together, including Kulture and Wave, who are six and three years old, respectively, alongside a baby girl who was born back in September.

The Instagram user was referring to Lil Tjay alleging during a January 8 Twitch livestream that Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, is financially struggling. The former claimed that Offset was “broke.”

Several others went on to extend support to Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, by saying that her “baby daddy,” Offset, was projecting his anger towards her at their children. Some comments read:

“You and your mama robbed me” — Cardi B accuses Offset and his mother of robbing her

In the livestream, Cardi B also claimed that Offset, whom she tied the knot with back in 2017, and his mother stole money from her. The 32 year old rapper said:

“I ain’t listen after you and your mama robbed me. Yeah, you and your mom robbed me cold, wiped my nose. Told you stop f**king playing with me.”

Cardi then said:

“They gotta embarrass me publicly because they were competing with me, they couldn’t take me. Now I see that motherf**kers was jealous of me all along… I never even thought that that would be any type of reason.”

Cardi filed for divorce for the second time last summer, with her taking to X last month urging him to sign their divorce papers soon.

Offset had not publicly addressed her X Spaces livestream at the time of writing this article.
