Justin Timberlake has been trending in the headlines after his recent arrest on charges of driving in an intoxicated condition. The latest updates on the case stated that the singer declined to undergo a breathalyzer test thrice before being taken into custody.

However, the arrest report also led to the emergence of various videos on social media that allegedly show Timberlake taking a sobriety test.

One clip shared by an X (formerly Twitter) user @KelliKayK featured a police officer reportedly asking an anonymous individual to put a tape on the ground. The person eventually falls with his face to the ground and gets injured. Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that the person appearing in the video is not Justin Timberlake.

According to Snopes, the footage was initially recorded back on October 15, 2006, and the same can be spotted on top of the clip. Apart from that, the video went viral through YouTube in 2009. Talking about Timberlake, the authorities have not released any footage of his sobriety test until now.
