Amid her battle with cancer, rapper Bhad Bhabie revealed on January 21, 2025, that she recently had a nose job. The 21-year-old shared photos of her new nose on Instagram Stories, mentioning that she was "swollen."

In the same pictures, she was seen with bruising around her nose and eyes on "day 6" following the treatment. On a different picture, she wrote:

“Nose jobs are not for the weak!!”

As per The Mail’s January 22 report, she later responded to critics who asked why she had plastic surgery while being ill. Stating the same, she wrote in a post:

“I don't know who told y’all you can’t get surgery when you have cancer. I was cleared by my DR.. [So] mind the business… It doesn't matter if you liked my nose before.. I didn't like it so I fixed it..”

Bhad Bhabie first shared her cancer diagnosis on November 24, 2024, and later gave a brief health update at LAX, saying she was "OK" but wasn't ready to discuss it further.

On January 22, after 'The Shade Room' posted her nose job photos and video, it went viral. Many netizens expressed surprise and found it "crazy" that she got a nose job while undergoing cancer treatment.

Others also reacted in a similar manner. Many had genuine questions as one asked who gets a nose job in between cancer treatment, while another one enquired about the type of cancer as it was possibly risky.

On the other hand, other netizens thought that she was again getting abused by her child's father, referring to the fact that she once uploaded a video alleging the same. Talking about it, one said that they thought he was abusing her again, while another one asked if he was beating her again.

Bhad Bhabie recently opened up about her new nose job two months after revealing her cancer diagnosis. She previously posted a photo of her nose, stating:

“I just wanted to remove the hump.”

However, shortly after that, she received criticism for having plastic surgery despite receiving a recent cancer diagnosis. She continued by discussing her cancer diagnosis and reassuring her fans that the nose surgery was safe.

According to the same media outlet, speaking about her nose job and responding to her critics, she wrote in the same Instagram post:

“Lying about plastic surgery is a problem and clearly so is telling the truth about having it. I choose to b[sic] open with y’all about what I have done and mfs [sic] still make s**t a problem. Y’all are crazy.”

Additionally, the rapper addressed a rumour that had been circulating about her diagnosis, stating:

“Y’all mfs[sic] so worried about me and y'all don't even know what kind of cancer I have! It’s not breast cancer....”

The internet sensation provided an update on her cancer struggle in November 2024, stating that she is fine despite her health concerns, though she did not specify the type of cancer she was diagnosed with.

News of her illness broke in early November, when Bhad Bhabie responded to rumors about her quick weight loss after sharing a number of videos and images on social media showing her physically exhausted.

Additionally, as per Vibe’s November 27 report, later, a family member confirmed that Bhabie had received a cancer diagnosis and was receiving medical attention.
