Wizkid's song Piece of My Heart is among the nominees for the 56th NAACP Image Awards. The award ceremony is organized by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and it honors people for outstanding achievements in fields like music, arts, literature, and other fields.

Scheduled to take place on February 22 at the Pasadena Civic Center, California, this year's theme for the event will be Our Stories, Our Culture, Our Excellence.

Wizkid's Piece of My Heart has been nominated in the categories 'Outstanding International Song' and 'Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration (Contemporary).'

The song was released on October 18, 2024, and features American singer Brent Faiyaz alongside Wizkid. It is also the lead single of the Nigerian singer's sixth studio album Morayo and samples Wu-Tang Clan's 1994 hit Can It Be All So Simple.
