Big Sean and Jhene Aiko have been trending on social media after a video of the duo performing together went viral. The duo's romance dates back to 2015 and they even collaborated on projects such as Twenty88. The pair are the parents of a son.
Meanwhile, the latest clip was recorded during Aiko's performance in Los Angeles as part of her ongoing tour, The Magic Hour. Sean made a surprise appearance at the event and performed on his single Beware. He started by rapping a few verses from the track which says,
"Cause you take anything and just make it everything. Kept my phone on silent ever since you got a ring, funny, right? And I never cheated; I mean, maybe once or twice. But one time don't change everything. She ask why I don't feel the same…"
While Jhene Aiko gave different gestures to Big Sean, she replied by referring to the words "got a ring" from the latter's song and said,
"What ring?"
Sean then gave a tap on Aiko's hand and continued performing. Meanwhile, Aiko has not addressed her response to Sean until now. The Shade Room got the footage of the moment and netizens took to the comments section of their Instagram post to react to the clip. One of them wrote,
"He should've said ring and had everything stop and proposed right there during her tour."
Similar reactions were shared below the post with a few people speaking of the consequences of the way Big Sean tapped Aiko's hand. A few people also questioned the reason Sean had not married Aiko yet.

"It's a little personal, you know what I mean? But just like to be real with you, just like any people who have dealt with love, we've had our ups and downs, you know what I'm saying? And I think it's still finding the right navigation through it all."
Big Sean stated that marriage involves some fear since divorces have been happening frequently. He mentioned he would like to exchange vows at a point in his life, but "there's a lot of work that needs to be done."
