"They had all his bags, so if any y'all Lil Reese people, y'all need to check on him. They just took him to jail. Some woman said he lied on him or some sh*t. Any of Reese's people, the Grim Reaper people, they just took him to jail downtown L.A. and put him in a car."

The caption of the video states:

"Lil Reese people check on em they just locked him up."

While the clip went viral on different platforms, netizens took to the comments section of No Jumper's Instagram post to share their responses. One of them also referred to Boosie by writing:

Lil Reese has been dealing with multiple legal issues over the years

Also known as Tavares Lamont Taylor, his career dates back to 2012 when he started releasing major projects and accumulated a huge fanbase. Although his songs have always received positive feedback from fans, he also had several confrontations with the law at the same time.

The latest problem happened back in May 2022 when he was arrested on charges of aggravated assault. He was held on a bond of $60,000 and was supposed to be taken to court in August of the same year. Lil Reese was eventually released in January last year.

In another instance, he was arrested in June 2021 after police officers responded to a call from his residence. The call was made by his girlfriend who was reportedly attacked by Reese after an argument. The victim's identity was not revealed and she suffered injuries to her face and lip.

Lil was accused of misdemeanor domestic violence at the time and was later released on a bond of $10,000. Notably, Reese allegedly pulled the victim's hair and hit her in the face.

The 31-year-old was spotted in a viral video in 2012 where he reportedly attacked a woman, which was a result of the latter's dispute with another person. However, Reese later denied the accusations through X and wrote:

"The haters tryna see a mf Dwn lol Dey gotta be broke and bored wanna upload sum sh*t from years ago damnn we winnin it's 2 later… #3hunna."
