Diddy is currently awaiting trial which is scheduled for this year after he was arrested in September 2024 on charges of racketeering conspiracy, s*x trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Meanwhile, Chopper, who was part of Diddy's Da Band, opened up on the legal issue as he spoke to The Art of Dialogue on January 7, 2025.

Also known as Kevin Barnes, Chopper addressed those men who have earned a lot and living their lives like they want to and said:

"If you fly a female from one state to you for a prede session of having s*x with her, things don't go right, you will get charged with s*x trafficking. So I want to let you know that you dig. I didn't know that, you heard me."

Chopper claimed that according to him, Diddy, also known as Sean "Love" Combs, cannot be involved in s*x trafficking and he finds it hard to believe the accusations that are coming up against him. He said that people belonging to the black society are easily targeted in situations similar to where Sean is currently involved. He referred to the accusations against Sean and said:

"I think it's a money pit. And I think it's bigger than what it seems. I think more like the big dogs is smashing his twin towers. I don't quite think he has nothing to do with what they making it. I think it's the big dogs, as they said 'all right, let's get him out of here.' And I think that's what's going on. I think he bit the hand that fed him."

Speaking of Diddy's legal problem, Chopper described it as a "double-edged sword." He addressed the reason for the same, saying that the rapper did a lot of things to the artists working under his record label, and they are "diabolical." Chopper mentioned that Sean never intended to get accused of anything.

As per the latest update on January 5, Sean's legal team responded to the trailer with a statement, saying that the allegations against their client that are expected to be mentioned in the documentary cannot be considered true and added:

"Sean Combs unequivocally denies these false allegations. Such narratives are harmful, defamatory, and unsupported by credible evidence. Mr. Combs deserves his day in court with an impartial jury, free from the taint of these baseless claims."

The documentary will also feature Sean's successful career. However, his attorneys have not clarified anything on whether they are planning to take any legal action against the makers. Further updates are expected to come out in the upcoming days.
