One of Sean Diddy Combs' alleged victims claimed in a new lawsuit that he was raped and s*xually assaulted by the rapper and at least three of his associates during a party in New York in October 2021. The lawsuit is one of the six new lawsuits filed against Combs at the federal court in the Southern District of New York on Monday, October 14, as reported by CNN.
The six new lawsuits were filed anonymously by victims under the names John Doe and Jane Doe. The charges include alleged s*xual assault, rape, and drugging of drinks, with at least two of the cases reportedly taking place between 1998 and 2006 in Diddy's alleged "White Parties." All plaintiffs reportedly demand compensatory damages.
In one of the six lawsuits, Diddy and his associates were accused of s*xually assaulting and gang-raping a man. The victim, calling himself John Doe, reportedly works for a company called Royal Reigns Management.
As per the victim, some of Diddy's associates allegedly offered him some substance at the party, which he refused. However, he mentioned that he took a drink that night, alleging it was laced with a powerful drug. The lawsuit further details that the next thing John Doe remembers was being in a bedroom with Combs and his associates.
“The effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming. Despite being vaguely aware of his surroundings, he could not move, speak, or fight back," the lawsuit stated.
As per the complaint, Doe remembers seeing a "naked Combs" and was reportedly sodomized by at least three men. The lawsuit detailed:
“Plaintiff was paralyzed—feeling as if he was trapped in his own body. He distinctly recalls seeing Combs above him, naked, at one point during the assault. During this time, Plaintiff was sodomized by at least three men."
According to attorney Tony Buzbee, representing multiple of Diddy's victims, John Doe is still in therapy to recover from the trauma he allegedly faced that night.
“Combs used his titles and authority conferred by the Combs Business, including as CEO, Founder, and Chairman to facilitate and perpetuate the violent assault on Plaintiff, and to intimidate and force Plaintiff to keep quiet in subsequent years," Buzbee alleged.
Sean Diddy Combs is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York after being arrested on September 16. The rapper is facing three charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Sean Diddy Combs accused of six new counts of s*xual misconduct, including an alleged case against a minor
The six new lawsuits against Sean Diddy Combs are a part of the litigation wave by Tony Buzbee, a Houston-based lawyer, and his co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale. The duo has claimed to represent over 120 alleged victims of the rapper.
According to one complaint, Diddy allegedly s*xually assaulted a 16-year-old boy at one of his White Parties in 1998 in Hampton. The lawsuit states that the rapper allegedly asked the victim to "drop his pants and expose" himself, explaining that "it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself."
The alleged victim claimed to later understand that “Combs s*xually assaulted him by and through his power and influence over John Doe because he knew John Doe wanted to become a star."
Another alleged victim, naming himself John Doe, alleged that Diddy assaulted him at one of his White Parties in 2006 while he was working there as security. Doe alleged that the rapper gave him two alcoholic drinks laced with drugs, forced him into a van and s*xually harrassed him. He claimed to leave the party afterwards and tell his superior what happened.
In the third lawsuit, a John Doe accused Diddy and the retailers Macy's. The alleged victim claimed that he was s*xually assaulted by Combs and his two bodyguards in the stockroom of the flagship store of Macy's in New York in 2008. The victim alleged that the rapper forced him to perform "oral s*x."
"Combs approached Plaintiff while Plaintiff was still on his hands and knees. After he was finished, Combs threw Plaintiff’s head aside and said words to the effect of ‘shut up or I’ll kill you'."
The lawsuit claimed that Doe reported the alleged incident to Macy's security but no action was taken. Three weeks later, Macy's allegedly pressurized officials to fire Doe as the retailer signed a contract with Sean John Clothing.
The fourth and fifth lawsuits against Combs were filed by alleged female victims, anonymously called Jane Doe. As per one lawsuit, a 19-year-old college student Jane Doe was invited to one of Diddy's "exclusive" parties at the rapper's hotel in 2004. The complaint alleged that Combs turned "aggressive" and “ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed.”
Another female victim detailed in the fifth lawsuit that Diddy "unexpectedly" began kissing her at a music video afterparty in 1995. The lawsuit added:
“Feeling uncomfortable and confused, Plaintiff asked him to slow down, believing they were there to talk. Instead, Combs advanced aggressively.”
When Jane Doe pulled away, Diddy allegedly physically abused her. The lawsuit detailed that the rapper allegedly “violently struck her, slamming her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor." Doe also claimed the rapper raped her.
Sean Combs' trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025.
