Brandon Bills filed a civil suit against DaBaby: More details revealed as the rapper drops an alleged diss track

DaBaby and his ex-girlfriend’s brother, Brandon Bills, made headlines after the latter filed a lawsuit against the rapper. He claimed that DaBaby attacked him in a bowling alley in Southern California, which resulted in several injuries.

In the lawsuit filed for $4 million, Bills claimed that the rapper started hitting him “for no reason.” Vibe reported that Bills also presented surveillance video footage showing how the fight escalated. The publication also reported that the rapper claimed that he had only hit Bills for “self-defense.”

However, Bills filed a civil suit against both the rapper and the bowling alley.

On the other hand, the Done Trying rapper was also accused of dodging the process server in April 2024, which resulted in a failure to deliver the lawsuit notice. However, In Touch Weekly reported that Bills then requested the same to be published in a newspaper so that the word could reach the rapper and he would perhaps respond to the lawsuit in court accordingly.

At the moment, the rapper has not accepted or declined the rumor of his latest song being about DaniLeigh’s brother.
