While Diddy remains in prison, his son Justin Combs faces legal troubles as Porsche Leasing sued him in June 2024. The lawsuit claims Justin stopped payments on a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8 and refused to return the car.

Court documents obtained by In Touch, reveal Justin agreed to 42 monthly payments of $3,365 but stopped paying after December 2023. Porsche Leasing alleges he owes $172,601 plus 10% annual interest.

Furthermore, Hot New Hip Hop also reported that while Justin denied giving the car back to the company, Porsche Leasing wishes to seize the car, and they believe that it was parked at Sean Combs’ house in Los Angeles.

In October, Justin Combs’ lawyers denied the allegations, claiming the issue was a misunderstanding. They alleged that the bills from Porsche Leasing were sent to his old address, so Justin never received them, and his legal team is working to resolve the matter.

However, as per Hot New Hip Hop, Porsche Leasing has filed a new motion in the lawsuit, wherein they now wish to receive the “possession of the vehicle.”

New motion explored as Porsche Leasing files a lawsuit on Diddy’s son, Justin Combs

As Justin Combs faces the $172,601 lawsuit, the legal team of Diddy’s son has assured that the lawsuit will be dropped as they are trying to settle the matter. As per Hot New Hip Hop, Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman told In Touch Weekly a few months back:

“Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill which resulted in unintentionally missed payments. We are in touch with the creditor and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dropped.”

However, Porsche Leasing has now filed a new motion and has demanded the vehicle back, as the motion states:

“Porsche Leasing has made demand upon Defendants for possession of the Vehicle and Defendants have failed and refused, and continue to fail and refuse, to give Porsche Leasing possession of the Vehicle.”

While neither Justin Combs’, nor his legal team have yet responded to the new motion, it is also worth noting that the rapper’s son faces more issues, as he allegedly faces rental bans all over Los Angeles. Hot New Hip Hop reported that several real estate brokers have “blacklisted” Justin from renting out luxury homes in the area.

This is allegedly due to the fact that many owners have reported bout wrecks about “wild parties.” One broker also mentioned:

“The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house. It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him. He called me to rent, and I said no.”

Furthermore, it is not yet known if Justin Combs has returned the vehicle to Porsche Leasing, and has paid the outstanding amount, as a statement from his legal team is still awaited.
