"I don't believe that one successful man should be with one woman"— Hitmaka reveals he is not in a relationship with Tink

Hitmaka and Tink were romantically linked for a brief period in the past. The latter once claimed in a conversation on The Morning Show in WGCI that the relationship was completely professional. Meanwhile, Hitmaka has now confirmed in a recent interview that he is not with Tink anymore.

Also known as Christian J. Ward, he appeared in the latest episode of The Morning Hustle and said that he does not have a girlfriend. In the YouTube video uploaded on July 8, the host referred to his relationship with Tink, saying that they were together for some time, Christian replied:

"No, not at all."

The host continued by saying that the record producer has a "public relationship" that he prefers to hide from the public, adding why he likes to do that. Christian said in response:

"I don't believe that one successful man should be with one woman."

Christian also admitted that he tells the same thing to the person with whom he is currently in a relationship. The former rapper released three albums in his career and also has several singles in his credits such as Do That There, Pack Loud, Hit Eazy, Down Bad, and more.

Hitmaka and Tink have addressed their relationship and breakup on various occasions

There are no details available on when Hitmaka and Tink dated. However, the latter once described Christian as a friend while appearing on The Morning Show. She continued:

"That's my special friend. We're very close, we have a great business relationship, and personal. I got a soft spot for him."

While there has been no official announcement from either side regarding their separation, Tink once appeared on Instagram Live in September 2023, revealing the reason for the split. She said in the live session that there was no love between them.

Tink stated that she refused to speak anything about the things that happened "behind the scenes." She then referred to Hitmaka and added:

"I've been silent about the deals, the money. Literally, almost everything you can imagine. This situation is a build-up of a lot of things, number one him asking me for money. Him asking me for $2 million."

Tink was trending the same month after she targeted Christian on Instagram Live, calling him a "foul" due to an alleged altercation where she had to defend herself. However, Christian denied the claims of dispute in another video, saying that he had a video where Tink assaulted him and did not release it anywhere since he was in love with her.

There were reports of reconciliation between the duo in November 2023 and Tink claimed through Instagram at the time that they were business partners.

Hitmaka confesses that he lied about his salary in an interview

Hitmaka appeared for an interview with DJ Akademiks on June 15, 2024, where he shared that he lied about his salary while speaking on The Breakfast Club. He claimed in the conversation that he was earning $500,000 per year and he clarified the same as he spoke to Akademiks. He stated:

"I went to the interview and went, 'Yo, I swear these labels tryna hire me as an A&R, too. Not only am I making these records, they wanna hire me in these offices as an A&R… Charlamagne [Tha God] was like, 'Oh, for real?', kinda thre a little sauce on it."

Christian revealed that Warner Chappell's head Ryan Press was his mentor and said that Press asked him about his claim the next day. Hitmaka continued:

"I'm like, 'Yeah.' He like, 'Yo, when you get back to L.A. I wanna take you to meet Craig and Julie. Y'all should do a meeting."

While Christian is well-known for his solo projects, he has made guest appearances on the songs of other artists such as Collie Buddz, Nipsey Hussle, Pitbull, and Lil Scrappy.
