During a conversation with Cam Capone News, celebrity bodyguard Big Homie .CC made some claims about Sean "Diddy" Combs. The interview clip was uploaded on YouTube on October 19.
He was asked about his first reaction after learning of the mogul’s arrest at a Manhattan hotel on September 16 and the plethora of s*x trafficking and racketeering allegations against him.
Homie replied that he thought of "vindication" as he was previously accused of lying when he made other claims about Combs. The bodyguard said that everything he said about the Bad Boy Records owner was now coming to light.
Later in the interview, the host asked Homie if he heard certain things happening behind closed doors before the indictment against Combs dropped. The bodyguard answered:
"Well, I know he poisoned Jamie Foxx. And Jamie Foxx reported him to the FBI because of it. I know that's a fact."
Big Homie .CC further claimed he was poisoned three times after drinking "some bottles in the club". He allegedly tested positive for Cyanide after that, which led to him catching pneumonia three times as well. Homie also alleged having one lung and a car crash leaving one of his nostrils permanently blocked. He added that his brother and "a little lady" he was "bodyguarding" were also poisoned.
Upon being asked why Diddy might have poisoned him, Homie said he got into altercations with the rapper's affiliates who allegedly did “strange things” to people close to him.
The interviewer enquired if Homie had an idea why Diddy would want to poison Jamie Foxx, to which he responded in a somewhat vague manner:
"You get called to testify. If you on camera and some of this footage and you wanna make it a little bit easier for yourself…It’s a way in this industry people go about doing things."
Homie confirmed he was referring to Jamie Foxx getting sick in April 2023.
Jamie Foxx's undisclosed health emergency was Diddy's doing, claimed another celeb
In April 2023, Jamie Foxx's daughter Corinne Foxx announced the actor was hospitalized due to a "medical complication", but reassured fans that he was on the path of recovery. It was reported that shortly before his hospitalization, the Academy Award-winning actor was filming in Atlanta for his upcoming film Back in Action, starring Cameron Diaz.
Jamie Foxx shared his first statement since the health scare on July 22, 2023, expressing gratitude to his sister and daughter for saving his life. On the Instagram post, Foxx said:
"I cannot even begin to tell you how far it took me and how it brought me back."
He did not reveal what had happened to him, but shared:
"I went through something, that I thought I would never ever go through."
Prior to sharing his direct statement in early July last year, a video footage made rounds on social media. In the clip, Jamie Foxx was seen telling a group of fans outside restaurant that he suffered a "bad headache" in April, asked for an Advil, and was "gone for 20 days".
According to CNN, the clip was captured the previous month in Phoenix.
In an early October interview with HYPE+ music director Choke No Joke also made a similar claim as Big Homie .CC. He accused Diddy of having something to do with Foxx's mysterious health complication. Choke No Joke claimed the actor was rumored to be on a mission to out "industry insiders" when Diddy allegedly threatened him to "chill".
Choke No Joke added:
"He didn’t chill, and allegedly Diddy and his security beat Jamie a*s, and that’s why Jamie was in the hospital."
Jamie Foxx later hosted a three-night comedy special What Had Happened Was on Netflix, where he attempted to address his health scare through jokes.
