Matty Healy took to X to address those who were seemingly attacking his fiancée, Gabbriette Bechtel, online for drinking raw milk.

In early 2024, Gabbriette Bechtel shared on Instagram that she frequently drinks raw milk. Some internet users reacted negatively to the post because it raised questions about the safety of ingesting unpasteurized milk.

Matty Healy took to @Gooodmorninguys, which seems his personal account on X, on December 3 to state that he was going to “dox” those who were allegedly attacking Bechtel online. He said in his since-deleted tweet:

“And on that point if I see one little s**t bag twitter barista say ONE thing about my Gabi, EVER, I will use my mental illness to full affect and I will dox and f**k you up I’m so over pretending to have different standards online cos it’s ‘not real.’ Well, a f**kin slap is.”

He later took to the social networking site to say that he was going to remove the tweet from his page as it “was not cool” despite him being upset over the situation.

Matty Healy and Gabbriette Bechtel were first spotted together back in September 2023 in New York City. The latter, who is also a model, took to her Instagram stories in June to confirm that Healy had popped the question after the duo had attended Charli XCX’s Brat concert in Brooklyn.

Gabbriette Bechtel, born in 1997 in Orange County, California, is a model with IMG and a singer. She was the lead vocalist of the punk rock band Nasty Cherry, chosen by Charlie XCX in 2018. Bechtel has released three EPs.

She has worked with several brands like Savage X Fenty, Skims, and Marc Jacobs, among others.

Although she has a thriving modeling career, she stated to Vogue back in 2023 that she struggled to fit in while growing up.

“The majority of students at my high school were beautiful strictly white blonde girls, and my sister and I were hispanic. I was called some pretty awful things. But then I just learned to laugh at it," she said.

Matty Healy’s fiancée garnered immense traction online during the Covid-19 pandemic after posting cooking videos online. She also went viral after remaking the Erewhon blackout cake. Speaking about her love for food, she said in an interview with Highsnobiety in March:

“We ate dinner together as a family every single night, so there was always a fresh meal. We never had takeout. We had a lot of Bon Appétit magazines lying around, so [my mother] would always try new recipes. I would come home and she’d have it open and be like, ‘I’m making this tonight,’ and she’d nail it. I would help her prep, so I grew up with my mom testing out stuff.”

After Bechtel's relationship with Healy was heavily discussed online, she was asked by the aforementioned publication, how she deals with the critics. She said:

“I don’t give a s**t. I think it’s hilarious. Go for it. Have fun. People have a lot to say…. You don’t know me at all.”

Prior to getting engaged to Bechtel, Healy had sparked dating rumors with Gemma Janes, Halsey, FKA Twigs, Charlotte D’Alessio, and Gabriella Brooks.
