The Lithonia MV starts with Donald Glover and his band performing for a small group. The tension builds as the camera zooms into the panicked and sweaty faces of the band members, finally panning to Glover's face as he sings:

Just as the singer is about to start the next line, his eyes explode, spraying blood all over Son, who lets out a blood-curdling scream and runs, with Glover chasing her.
Lithonia is the second track from Bando Stone & the New World, released on July 19, 2024, as the soundtrack album for the upcoming eponymous film. It is unclear when the sci-fi movie, set in a post-apocalyptic world starring Donald Glover and Jessica Allain, will be released.
The album Bando Stone & the New World will be Glover's final project in the guise of his alter ego, Childish Gambino. When he appeared on Hot Ones on July 18, 2024, Glover said:
“I always knew, like, Childish Gambino was like a character, on some level I wanted it to end. I feel like the Childish Gambino character is almost like the boss from The Office.
