Tori Kelly has been trending on social media since she performed the single One Sweet Day, which is originally a collaboration between Mariah Carey and the vocal harmony group Boyz II Men. The performance happened at The Hollywood Bowl on September 15, 2024.
Kelly was specifically praised for the way she covered the portions by Carey from the 1995 song. Furthermore, the singer even shared a glimpse of her performance on her Instagram Story the same day, which is now unavailable. She reposted a story of another person who said:

Also known as Victoria Loren Kelly, she has accumulated a huge fanbase with her successful projects since 2003. Meanwhile, her latest album, Tori, came out on April 5, 2024, with 15 singles in the soundtrack.
Kelly even served as a producer of the album alongside Jon Bellion, The Diner, P2J, and many others. Tori also opened up on the new album's success in an interview with Billboard Philippines last month, where she expressed her happiness by saying that the project began during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tori Kelly revealed that there was another album she was working on before that and added:
