Videos of a UFO seemingly taking over the skyline of New York have taken the internet by storm. It is a promotional stunt by Lil Uzi Vert for their much-anticipated upcoming album Eternal Atake 2, releasing on November 1.

Eternal Atake 2 is the fourth studio album of Lil Uzi Vert and a sequel to 2020's Eternal Atake. On October 23, the rapper released the cover art and trailer for the sequel. The cover art features a group of seemingly hypnotized women with purple eyes and the cinematic trailer explains the meaning of the same.

The one-minute and 12-second trailer opens with a shot of the Earth and explains that Lil Uzi Vert mysteriously vanished from the planet on March 6, 2020. The sudden disappearance is declared as part of a long-awaited prophecy.

The clip goes on to show a futuristic UFO that teleports through a keyhole-shaped portal and reaches an extraterrestrial docking station. In the end, we see Uzi's memory getting wiped by the purple-eyed aliens that were seen on the cover art.

The same UFO took over New York's skyline on October 29, causing a considerable stir on the internet. The videos showed utter chaos on the streets as people started running haywire in panic and confusion.
