Snoop Dogg, Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, and many other veterans of the industry will show their flair in the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics 2024. The countdown is already rolling high as athletes from all over the world have reached France to participate in the Olympics and show off their skills.

The ceremony, taking place along the banks of the iconic Seine River in France, several thousand spectators will watch as athletes from across the globe declare their presence and prepare themselves to set the sporting carnival on fire.

Performers at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics

Although the chronology of the performances is still under wraps, the main performers at the opening ceremony are more or less out.

1. Aya Nakamura: Aya Nakamura will perform La Boheme and For Me Formidable by Charles Aznavour.
2. Snoop Dogg and Salma Hayek: One of the highest honors at the Olympics is being the torchbearer at the opening ceremony and the two are slated to be the final ones carrying the iconic fire at the Paris Olympics opening ceremony.
3. Philippe Katerine and Cerrone: The duo will perform the song Supernature by Cerrone. Philippe Katerine will sing the song while Cerrone will accompany him with drums.
4. Rim'K: The French rapper from bands 113 and Mafia K-1 Fry is also slated to be performing in the Paris Olympics 2024 opening ceremony.
5. Marina Viotti & Gojira: Although it is not known what piece they will play, Marina Viotti and the Gojira metal band are reported to perform an unexpected duet.
6. Juliette Armanet & Sofiane Pamart – An original iteration of Imagine by the legendary John Lennon will be performed on the night of the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics by Juliette Armanet & Sofiane Pamart.
7. Celine Dion & Lady Gaga – The greatest attraction of the opening ceremony will be a performance by Celine Dion and Lady Gaga. Journalist Thierry Moreau reported that the two will sing Edith Piaf’s La Vie En Rose. Additionally, the popular French newspaper La Parisien also revealed that the two will sing Hymne à l’amour as well. The opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics 2024 will be Celine Dion's first stage event since she was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome.
8. Lebron James & Coco Gauff – Finally, basketball and tennis legends Lebron James and Cico Gauff will be present at the ceremony as the official flag bearers of Team United States of America on the night of the opening ceremony.
