American singer and songwriter Chappell Roan recently performed at the Capitol Hill Block Party on July 19, 2024, wherein her videos interacting with Sasha Colby backstage went viral.
In one of the videos of Chappell interacting with Sasha Colby, fans could see a prominent red mark on the Casual singer's neck which they addressed via social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter).
Fans of the Hot To Go! singer expressed their opinion on the evident mark on Chappell's neck wherein one of the fans stated:

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly dated July 18, 2024, Sasha Colby talked about feeling thrilled when Chappell Roan referenced RuPaul’s Drag Race season 15 winner on her recent appearance at Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show and at her Coachella performance in April.

Chappell later revealed during her appearance on The Tonight Show that her viral line was taken from Sasha Colby's introduction from 2023's Meet the Queen's cast reveal video. The said line also went on to become a Google search result when Chappell's name was searched.
Talking about the impact of Sasha Colby's introductory line on her, Chappell told Jimmy Fallon:
