YouTuber Stephen Deleonardis, aka SteveWillDoit, posted a rant about Quavo on his Instagram Stories and official X account on August 3, calling the former Migos rapper a ‘p*dophile’. The reason behind Stephen’s sudden jab and allegations at Quavious Keyate Marshall appeared to be their different political inclinations.
Stephen, known to be a Donald Trump enthusiast, addressed his followers and said they must pressurize whoever is supporting VP Kamala Harris for the 2024 Presidential run. The YouTuber then laid out his own list of reasons as to why someone might be endorsing Harris:
"One, they’re either a p*dophile, that’s a huge one. Two, they’re either a selfish, dumb pig. And selfish dumb pig is that you don’t care about Americans or the average person...Or three, they're paid for."
SteveWillDoit then suddenly mentioned Quavo and people alike, saying:
"We can’t support him. He’s either one, a p*dophile, two, a selfish pig, or three, a dumbf*** looser that is paid for. There’s only three options."
The 25-year-old repeated the same words a few more times. Stephen also tagged the rapper on his story while making these unfounded claims. He posted these claims on X as well.
No Jumper reposted SteveWillDoit's video clip and one of his tweets on Instagram, sparking strong criticism from netizens.
People noted it was wrong to falsely accuse someone of a serious allegation such as p*dophilia solely because of their political stances. Some also pointed out that SteveWillDoit should be sued for defamation as his words were an attempt to tarnish Quavo's character.
SteveWillDoit claims Quavo was likely paid $250,000 to speak at Kamala Harris' rally
Aside from the video shared on SteveWillDoit's Instagram Stories, the YouTuber took to X to further attack Quavo. In one of his tweets, Stephen alleged:
"Quavo is most likely payed for … he probably got 250,000$… at same time he may be a p*dophile …. We don’t know . But I feel like he just got a light 250k to support Kamala."
At Kamala Harris' Atlanta rally on July 30, the Greatness rapper took the podium to address gun violence issues.
Referring to his speech, Stephen called him a "loser," reasoning one should not need to read a speech word-for-word from a piece of paper to show their support for a presidential candidate. The YouTuber added:
"F**k you quavo . NO ONE will like you after supporting Kamala , you’re a loser bro."
In another tweet, Stephen called the rapper "FAKE" and repeated his accusation of him being a child predator and getting paid to support Kamala Harris.
In an attempt to pit the rapper's speech at the rally, SteveWillDoit claimed in a separate tweet that he wouldn't need to see a notepad to speak about Trump because he would know what to say from his heart.
Quavo has not yet responded to SteveWillDoit's tweets.
