Bianca Allaine Kyne, who had accused Marilyn Manson of alleged abuse in 2023, shared an official statement on July 15 for the first time. Kyne claimed that Manson allegedly harassed her as a minor back in the 90s.

Kyne's lawyer, Jeff Anderson, released her first public statement to Rolling Stone, where she mentioned that she no longer wanted to remain a "nameless victim." She said:

“No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long.”

As per Bianca's allegations, Marilyn Manson, originally named Brian Warner, meted out "horrific abuse" towards her in 1995 in New Orleans. The victim claimed she was 16 years old back then. Manson allegedly harassed her once again in 1999 in Long Island. Kyne shared details about her abuse in her July 15 statement and added:

“Warner exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into his dark desires. The young girl he groomed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York. For years, I lived under his shadow, paralysed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice."

Kyne further mentioned that her decision to go public was about exposing a corrupt industry that "prioritises profit over the safety of young women." She continued:

"I stand tall, unafraid. This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritises profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.”

Bianca Kyne first filed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson in 2023 under the name Jane Doe. Manson's lawyer, Howard King, has since then denied all of her allegations.

According to Bianca Allaine Kyne's January 2023 lawsuit against Marilyn Manson, the recording artist allegedly invited her and another young girl onto the tour bus in December 1995 in New Orleans.

The victim was a 16-years-old minor at that time and they reportedly met after a show in Dallas. Kyne alleged that Warner “performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct” on her during the tour, per Billboard. The lawsuit stated:

“While on the tour bus, Defendant Warner performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and vaginal penetration.”

Billboard noted that during the time of the alleged incident, the age of consent in Texas was still 17, as it is today. The lawsuit further detailed that one of Marilyn Manson's band members reportedly watched the singer harass the minor. After he was done, Warner allegedly threatened to kill Kyne's family if she told anyone. The lawsuit stated:

"Plaintiff was in pain, scared, upset, humiliated and confused. After he was done, Defendant Warner laughed at her. … Then Defendant Warner demanded Plaintiff to ‘get the f–k off of my bus’ and threatened Plaintiff that, if she told anyone, he would kill her and her family.”

Bianca Kyne further alleged that Manson coerced her into having s*x with him in April 1999 in New York, when she had turned 18. Warner has since then denied all of her allegations and filed a motion to remove the New York lawsuit in May 2023, per Rolling Stone.

NME reported that in December 2023, Kyne applied to move her New Orleans-based allegations against Marilyn Manson to a different lawsuit in Louisiana. The publication added that in July 2024, her request was granted by the judge in charge of the New York case.

The judge also ruled out Manson's requests to remove Kyne's allegations about “intentional infliction of emotional distress” in relation to the alleged 1999 incident.

However, the judge also ruled that Kyne should remove all claims of alleged sexual abuse as a minor and grooming allegations against Marilyn Manson from the "Factual Background" part of her New York lawsuit. She must also remove any information about artistic compositions she made as a minor and allegedly showed Warner, according to NME.

After Kyne made her public statement on July 15, 2024, Warner's lawyer, Howard King, denied all allegations by Kyne in a statement to Rolling Stone, claiming that Manson did not even know the victim. He said:

“Brian Warner does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her. She has been shopping her fabricated tale to tabloids and on podcasts for more than three years. But even the most minimal amount of scrutiny reveals the obvious discrepancies in her ever-shifting stories as well as her extensive collusion with other false accusers.”

Apart from Bianca Kyne's allegations, Marilyn Manson has been accused of alleged s*xual abuse, r*pe, and harassment by several women in the past.

As per Billboard, his ex-fiance, Evan Rachel Wood accused him of alleged r*pe, s*xual, harassment, and torture. Other accusers include Manson's former girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline and Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, noted the publication.
